Tried to reach out 4 times no response. Order is already three weeks delayed, and it still says “in production” after more than a month!

Do not order from this company. It's a scam.

The orders take on average 6 weeks to ship...and are shipped directly from China. When my order arrived, the items (each cost $79.95) were made of the cheapest fabric and, although marked L and XL, were actually S and M in size.

The company does not accept refunds or returns. They do say they will allow you to return for sizing reasons, but they do not provide any information on how to do so and do not respond to support inquiries.

Never got my order and neather my money back!

I put in my order a month ago and still haven't received it. There website support is a farce and I have not heard any response of help @getonfleek.com regarding where my order is.

Wish I read the review. How do we shut down this company that is stealing from us all.

Garbage company. Ordered a hoodie on Nov 21, still awaiting shipment. We'll see if they refund my next day shipping, as its clearly not arriving on time.

Same as the others listed here. Ordered, my confirmation number is apparently fake. When I finally got the "Help" email it is a farce. No one responds.

No confirmation. No delivery and no product.They don't accept calls. There "customer service" website is a scam. You can't leave a message. You can't create an account or change a password. The message is that you must have put in your email wrong but they send plenty of junk mail. Try to create an account and they tell you they already have an account with that email and they want your order #. With no confirmation there IS no order #.. Total scam! Called my bank. Don't order from them.

Received The item after a long waiting(over 1 month).
2 Hoodies cost 100€ on total and their quality is worth max 40€ total. Nice graphics indeed, but the material is really cheap and thin.. also the sewings look like they are made in big hurry which you totally shouldn't have on 50€ products.
Customer support at this shop does not exist, so don't bother messaging them, they will not answer to you.

dont let the name and the displays fool you. i wish i read all the reviews before i purchase stuff from it now i just receive my package i spend 134$ waiting almost a month but here we go the material is trash waste of money. made in china guys

SCAM!!! No confirmation email, no delivery, no response to my emails! I ended up disputing the charge with my bank.

Delivery time was decent on the sweater I ordered but what I saw when I opened the box made me want to poke my eyes out. The colour didn’t even come close to what was advertised and the whole deal looked as if it was just printed on there, but poorly and pixelated. Then there was the horrendous fabric and fitting, it’s not the woolly cotton shown in the images but some sleek disgusting jogging shorts fabric. Would even look ridiculous if I wore this piece of toilet paper as an Halloween costume.

To top it all off, ‘customer service’ have been ignoring my request to return the item for over 3 months.
I would recommend investing your money in a pyramid scheme before buying anything from these crooks...

I had the same issue as many of the bad reviews before...completed my order, but never received confirmation of the order or tracking information. Waited two weeks before contacting customer service about the status of my order and they did not respond. Tried contacting them multiple times and have still not heard back. I just contacted my credit card company to process a dispute of the transaction. DO NOT order from this s*** company.

I ordered last week and paid for expedited shipping. I have not received a tracking #, confirmation email, or email response from their help desk on the status of my order.

I am extremely disappointed as the outfit would have been perfect for an event I am going to out of town this weekend. I instead had to trek down to the local mall and find a replacement.

Thank goodness for my credit union and the dispute process as I would not have been able to get my money back otherwise...

I saw adds for them on my Facebook and Instagram so I thought they were legit. Should have looked them up before ordering. I'm not smart but ya don't order from them. They are a scam.

Order made, status complete, shipping code is wrong. Basically wasted a whole load of money buying costumes for an event that we have had to buy replacements for. Was told that they would arrive on time but, reading the below reviews, be lucky to see them this side of Christmas...
How are companies like this able to get away with what they do. When you promise delivery of a good for a certain date and do not dispatch it but take the money up front, that is fraudulent. And that's what this company is so if you're lucky enough to have arrived here before ordering, don't.
Worth also noting that the 5* reviews are posted en masse over a 3 day period in July 2017 and contain consistent spelling mistakes and phrasing from accounts with a single review. Evidentially false and posted by the company themselves.

Regret not looking at trust pilot first.

So first you don't get an email confirmation of your order, just an email thanking you for signing up and a barrage of spam.

Then you worry that the tracking number doesn't work. Then you worry that nothing has arrived and they show the order as complete. Then you try to navigate their site to actually get assistance. When you figure that out they never get back to you.

I only hope my credit card dispute recovers the funds.

Don't order from these scam artists. Their website shows a Florida PO Box for their company address, but their products are from a Chinese sweatshop. And don't bother calling or emailing them once you realize that somethings not right because they won't respond. And if you ignore the warnings and order from them anyway, you'll probably want to go ahead and cancel your debit card and get a new one. Check out the YouTube videos and you'll see what I mean.

Bought something from this service. Paid $80 plus $15 dollars for 4-8 day shipping. It's been 14 days and the tracking information they gave me doesn't even work. The number says the tracking never even existed and that I should try back again to see if the item turns up. Feels like a scam do not buy
