We absolutely love SCW! We’ve been with them since 2017, when we bought our very first NVR and cameras, and they have impressed us at every step. Their sales and support teams are nothing short of amazing.
We recently upgraded our NVR, and our sales rep blew us away—spending hours with us, offering spot-on recommendations, and making sure we felt confident in our choice. You just don’t find service like that anymore!
And SCW support? Phenomenal doesn’t even begin to cover it. Over the years, every question we’ve had has been met with genuine friendliness, deep knowledge, and people who truly enjoy helping their customers.

They are the best company I have dealt with in many years. Customer service and support is excellent. Employees are knowledgeable friendly will to help in any way.
Wrong Product Received
The product that was shipped to me was not the product I ordered. I was eventually given some options in terms of refund or replace. I received no further communication from them once I replied about my preferred option for dealing with it.
Apologies to SCW USA. My experience was with a business with that name that is based in AUS. They have since provided a full refund.

I’m a tech novice. Had an Admiral NVR with 8 cameras, for over 5 years, and never got the front end working. Too much computer stuff! Recently swapped out front end for a new Admiral. Virtually “plug and play”. Brittany in support, like everyone I dealt with, was incredible. Updated IP addresses on my old cameras. Now my wife and I can watch our mountain home from Atlanta; or anywhere, with the app.
My 15 year old unit would not tape…
My 15 year old unit would not tape anymore. Called for support and they tried updates to the software to fix the problem, then they remotely determined that the main board was bad. Ordered new unit and had it in six days up and running. There help was fast, accurate and professional.
Tech and Sales Personnel are Outstanding
Tech and sales personnel are outstanding. Very helpful, and on-target with knowledgeable / efficient support. Equipment is top-notch and well made.

I have been a customer of SCW for several years. We are a repeat customer which means we have purchased and upgraded for two stores. I don't know of many websites that publish their tech support number - front page at the top! They have always been able to solve my issues. Wouldn't ever purchase cameras from another company. Quality - the best of products!

I've been in the security industry for over 20 years. Cameras have always been difficult especially when it comes to good tech support. My first time working on a SCW System was a service call. I had never worked on SCW Products. Tech support answered quickly and helped me bring a system online and updated firmware and software within 30 min. Best support I have ever had. Since then I have found there products and sells team to be fantastic.

I have been ordering from SCW for years now, and I have even ordered for my friends. Their customer service,sales, and support are excellent. Their shipping time is also excellent.

I appreciate the email. Gives me a chance to express my issues with scw products and staff I have been dealing with.
Been waiting for a return phone call from earlier in the week i have not received.
I purchased a new nvr system from scw when built and moved into our new home on 9/2020. Installed on 1/21 after I had the network cables installed.
I had issues with access to the camera's getting the plugin and settings to work with browsers, scw tools etc. I reached out to your support team several times through the last several years and they tried to resolve with no prevail.
they said it was probably a network issue. So I keep messing around with it with the same results.
The other week I was again trying to fix again after downloading new versions of plugins and software
and 1 of my camera's locked me out but was still working. I contacted support again with no success. Had to buy another camera.
New camera arrived, plugged it in and all the issues I've been having are gone with the new camera.
I shared this information with sales and support teams. I have just passed my 3 year warranty and feel this could have been handled more professionally since I have been having this problem since day 1.
An 8 year customer
I have been with security camera warehouse since 2015 many times when I have called with issues that were not even their fault, they stepped up, & took care of it. They are very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. They are in a class by themselves, not seeing another company that is even close to giving the kind of service I have gotten from them over the years. Thank you SCW.

I found SCW by accident reviewing security sysems. I found their website easy to use and filled with excellent information and specs on their equipment. I read so many excellent reviews. I did finally find some mixed negative reviews. I decided to make the purchase with SCW and....
What I found was... Their customer service is superb. I received call backs in a timely manner by helpful, courteous, pleasant,efficient and knowledgeable staff...never in a hurry and very good listeners. The systems I purchased came very quickly. I ordered on Friday and systems arrived the following Tuesday...and worked perfectly out of the box. I have ordered more cameras. Though I could order on line, I prefer to call in and speak to their wonderful reps. I ask for them by name and they return calls. I give my my experience with SCW an A+ in customer service and in products. Cons? none!
Over the past year
Over the past year, we have had a few dedicated sales representatives, they’re always informed, up to speed and it has so far been an easy transition which is nice. The cameras are good quality!
Precision
in general, the precision to address service and support is positive attribute. My experience is that any personnel who does addresses the enquire, will find a solution.
