Great company to deal with. Any query with orders etc. is dealt with very quickly and the friendly customer service is second to none. I informed Get Set Pet that I would no longer require a certain dog food due to our elderly dog passing away. They even sent flowers and a lovely card offering condolences. I cannot recommend this company enough for its outstanding personalised customer service.

Massively impressive company!
We have been so impressed by this company. The handwritten notes from the cofounders adds such a personal touch! The delivery is fast, always consistent and the website is easy to use. All round a great business!

A great company to do business with: friendly, helpful and very efficient. The subscription model for regular deliveries works well and allows for fine tuning. I particularly like the personalised note with each delivery and the freebie - most useful being a roll of poo bags!

Cured the cold!
Purchased a coat for my dog, Daisy. Her coldness is now cured thanks to Get Set Pet Supplies. It arrived with a handy bag holder for walks, and a note from the sellers. Would definitely recommend them for any of your pet’s needs.

I do not have a bad word to say! staff are lovely and caring. The little notes they provide when you order are super cute. You can really see the personal touch and service they provide each customer. I will recommend to any dog lover no problem!
