If I could give them zero stars, I would their cancellation process is ridiculous. I had to go on with a live chat with someone to give them a reason why I wanted to cancel before they would cancel when I let them know. I didn’t wanna give a reason they wouldn’t cancel until I finally did then proceeded to argue with me after already taking my money. I’ve never had to go through so much red tape to cancel a sub subscription. And then when I called them out and said it shouldn’t be like this. It’s a horrible process. They proceeded to argue on how they canceled right away even though I took screenshots whatever you do stay away from this company seems like a scam.
