I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. IT'S GOING ON A MONTH. I PURCHASED THE SALE PRICE. THEN THEY WENT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND TOOK $157.00 ON A ORDER I DIDN'T PLACE. I'M FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM

I hope you’re doing well and that your journey is going really positively so far.

The small amount of liquid left in the pen at the end is known as “overage.” This is intentionally included by the manufacturer, Eli Lilly, to allow for proper priming of the pen and ensure each full dose is delivered accurately. It’s a standard feature across all Mounjaro pens worldwide and isn’t something that can be altered at pharmacy level.

We completely understand how this can be confusing if it’s not been explained clearly, so I really appreciate you highlighting it.

If you feel your experience with our service has been positive overall, it would mean a great deal to us if you’d consider updating your review to reflect that. Best decision ever !!!!

I’ve had a really great experience with Trim. They’ve truly thought about absolutely everything to support you in the best way possible. From ordering to receiving the process was super easy. The packaging they send is incredible and definitely much better than other providers in my experience. I really recommend their app as well, it has so many great features that can help kickstart weight loss, and the AI scanner is so clever! Their pen storage box is so handy too, no more plastic bags and cardboard in the fridge. I highly recommend. Thank you Trim 💕

I started on my journey with Trim in July 2024, had a break from August 2025 but recently returned and glad to be part of team trim again! Ive lost over 100lb which is something I never ever thought I’d achieve. Having Trim alongside me on my journey has really helped me to get to this point, if I had any doubts or issues with side effects in the beginning they were there to help and keep me going. I’ve always been really pleased with my experience with Trim and they get extra points as they still knew who I was even after my break it made me feel appreciated as a customer and a person and not just another order number. Any time I’ve had a query about anything I’ve always had a really quick, helpful response. The consultation and shipping process is also very quick! Thankyou Roger and everyone at Trim, you’re fab!

I’ve recently switched to TRIM!

I’ve recently switched to TRIM after using other providers, and the difference has been noticeable straight away!

The care taken with packaging, presentation, and safety really stood out to me. Everything arrived neatly organised and clearly well thought through, rather than feeling rushed or impersonal. I’ve been with Trim as my GLP provider…



I’ve been with Trim as my GLP provider for about a year now, and let’s just say I’m on the “slow burn” weight loss plan. I’m not one of those dramatic before-and-after stories… yet. But honestly, I’m completely fine with that, because the support I’ve had along the way has been incredible. And I’m not two and a half stone gone !

The team at Trim actually *gets* that real life is messy. There’s no guilt, no pressure, just steady guidance, clear explanations, and genuinely kind humans who remember you’re more than a number on a scale.

Whenever I’ve had questions about dose changes, side effects, or just needed reassurance that I’m not failing because things are moving slowly, they’ve been there.

The new Trim app has made everything even easier. I can track my meds, symptoms, and little wins (like saying no to that third biscuit… progress is progress), and it helps me stay on top of my GLP journey without feeling like I’m doing a science project on myself.
