Weightless Avis 144

Been using weightless for around 7 months now. One small issue with one order but this was corrected straight away. I have had no issues again. Order new pen and its received a few days later.

Terrible...had no contact to my phone messages left or emails chasing up my injection. I ordered 4 weeks ago & now without a pen & £155 down...please respond!

I have used this company a few times, and honestly in the beginning they were great. Communication was quick and helpful. But past two orders Awful! Takes your money for orders and doesn’t deliver. I have emailed several times, rang a million times. Funny, I rang yesterday and there was taking calls!

ordered for a mounjaro 5th of march its been more than a month and am yet to get my medication or money back .
can someone pls advice me on what to do or give me their adress in london to visit them ? am getting faustrated by the day.

Absolutely shocking 5 weeks since I paid for my prescription I still don't have it or a refund
They keep fobbing me off - lack of supplies, lack of staff , bank holiday !!!!

Arrived within 3 days this time which was alot better than last months delay for weeks
apparently because of supply issues
Giving them benefit of the doubt as been with them for months and delivery was always quick never had problems

Ordered 31/3/2026 - approved on the 3/4/2026 and still showing as processing and no update of when my order is going to be sent out. Would not recommend

I ordered 2.5mg of mounjaro 6 weeks ago. They have taken the money had all checks verified and still no delivery of pen. I've emailed, messaged and made umpteen phonecalls and had no reply. I would like my money refunded now and will contact trading standards. Terrible company will never use again and certainly not recommend.

From when i paid for an order and actually got it took over 5 weeks. No quick reply frok customer services and the app crashes multiple times

I was using this company for months and suddenly I cant get hold of them. I've tried email, Live chat and submitted contact forms. I'm almost down £200, I've run out of meds despite giving them a 2 week lead time and no idea where else to turn. Is this a company going under?

Very stressful but finally got parcel, must ad as a company you need to,
- have someone answering phones
- find a way on your website to say when out of stock instead of taking money and making people wait

Appreciate the discount off next time but you need to work on your customer service or your business wont last long

I have always ordered with this company and had no issues at all, was very happy. But recently the last two pens its been a disaster, and most recently my latest order im waiting almost four weeks now, paid the amount in full and still haven't received my order. They replied ans said they had no stock but still took my money knowing there was no stock to send out. I will need to take this further if I dont receive my order or a full refund in the next few days as this is completely unacceptable at this point

Ordered a pen on 19th march, no confirmation email after i ordered. My order has been verified and i am still awaiting to hear when order will be dispatched. Ive emailed twice, sent a message on there webiste and had no response.

Money was taken straight away from me £110. Ibe had no communication from them at all.

Will need to contact my bank as this seem very likely to be a scam.

Ive used other suppliers and had never had any issues.

Been waiting for my order since 10th march its now April 1st. Tried calling (goes to answer phone), emailed and left a query on their website, no response at all. Not sure if this is a complete scam.

If I could give no stars I would. I - like many others here - I have been scammed out of money and are struggling to get a refund. No confirmation email or correspondance after I placed an order sent alarm bells to me. So I tried to call/email and had no luck. Eventually I got an email saying there’s a delay and I can opt for a refund or wait. I asked for a refund and then heard nothing. A week later the product arrived randomly. By then it was no longer needed as I ordered through medexpress instead. I eventually did get through to someone on the phone who said they will refund me and would send an email with the address to return the item. That never happened. Nearly 4 weeks down the line and still no contact or refund. Trying to get money back through NatWest instead but what a hassle. This site is listed on what is supposed to be a reputable weightloss comparison site so I trusted it. My mistake.

I have spent the guts of £500 two weeks ago to be completely ignored by the company. I need an updated urgently by this company, as they’ve ignored emails and phone calls.

Ordered on the 6th of March, was verified immediately, then received an email on the 7th saying that they had a short supply and to email I wanted a refund, which I did. Had no further communication from them despite numerous emails and calls to them.
Eventually had to do a charge back through my bank who refunded me the money yesterday so I reordered through Medexpress and my pen is already on its way and will be here today.
Would advise anyone who has ordered to go through their bank or card provider

I placed an order on 9th March and have had zero communication since. No dispatch confirmation, no updates—nothing. I’ve sent four emails and made a couple of phone calls, all ignored.

They took payment immediately, but there’s no sign my order has even been processed. The complete lack of response is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about whether this is a legitimate business.

I’ve now contacted Mastercard to investigate the transaction. If this isn’t resolved quickly, I’ll be escalating it to consumer protection authorities.

Think twice before ordering—taking money and then ignoring customers is not acceptable.
