Paul has serviced my boiler for some years now and I have always had a great service.
Matt and Paul also came up trumps last year in helping my elderly uncle out - leak on incoming water main and inoperable heating system. The process was complicated, in many respects. Global responded promptly and professionally through the whole process and now my uncle is dry and warm!

Booked an appointment with Global Heating through a recommendation from a work colleague. Good communication. My boiler was 2006 with various fault codes. Matt had a look at it on a Thursday, found to be beyond economical repair.
New boiler quotes supplied the following day.(Friday).
New boiler fitted on the Saturday. System all flushed, boiler Warranty & Gas Safe certs all done on the day. Clean & tidy. Excellent service.

Very happy with the quality of work. They were very professional and were able to resolve the problems with my heating. They also plumbed in several appliances including a sink, dishwasher and gas range and all the work was done to a very high standard. Very pleased with the finished result.

Paul always provides a fantastic service and this time was no exception. We were without heating and hot water and Paul quickly managed to get the part needed the next day then worked into the evening to get the job done which we were thankful for.

I have had a boiler replaced, tricky fit as its in the loft and shower room completely refitted after in wall unit failed. Both jobs done in timely manner, very tidy lads, competitive pricing and nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend
