This is more so a review for the great customer service I received from Ryan over at GH2. I had purchased a couch from them back in February and just got to thinking I never wrote a review about him as I inquired about.
His customer service was great! i had 1/6 boxes missing from my order and he made sure to keep in contact with me, tracked the box down and had it delivered promptly. He kept me informed and did what he could to come through for me. He is great at his job, shows genuine interest in the satisfaction of his customers. Great effort on his part.
It’s something to be said that over a month later I made a point to check our messages and confirm whether I had left a review or not.
His work ethic is something to be noted. Great job !
Oh and the couch is nice too 😝

The High Value Favorite
Move over, Lovesac! Having owned two Lovesac sectionals in the past, I was looking for that same modular flexibility but without the massive "high-end" price tag. The GH2 Cloud Sofa has completely blown me away—it’s my new absolute favorite.
It’s the perfect balance of comfort and versatility. It handles everything from my quiet movie nights to my niece and nephew’s high-energy gaming sessions and snacks. It’s so cozy that my nephew officially dubbed it "the most comfortable couch in the whole world" (and he refuses to sleep anywhere else when he stays over). If you want the cloud-like luxury without the Lovesac markup, this is definitely the way to go!

Highly recommend the cloud couch! and amazing customer service
Honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect ordering a couch online, especially something this big, but GH2 completely surprised me (in a good way!!). I was kinda hesitant at first because you never really know what you’re getting, but the whole experience ended up being way better than I thought.
From the start their team was actually helpful, not just copy paste replies. I had a bunch of questions about sizing and layout and they actually took the time to help me figure out what would fit my space properly, which I really appreciated.
Delivery was smooth too. Came within the timeframe they told me and everything was packed well. Setup was honestly easier than expected, just followed their video and had it done pretty quick. Didn’t feel complicated at all.
The couch itself is the best part tho. It’s DEEP, super comfy, and literally feels like you can just sink into it after a long day lol. Everyone that comes over ends up saying the same thing. The modular setup is actually super useful too, I’ve already moved it around a couple times depending on how many people are over.
Quality feels solid as well. The fabric is soft but still feels durable, not cheap at all. I also like that the covers come off, makes it way less stressful if anything spills.
Customer service after delivery has been great too. I had a small question and they got back to me fast and sorted it out no problem.
Overall I’m really happy with it. It’s one of those purchases you actually use every single day so it feels worth it. If you’re on the fence, I was too, but I’d def recommend it!!

Amazing quality and comfortable couch. Looks very good in my living room. There was a slight issue with one of the pieces not being delivered but the customer service team was quick on toes to get it resolved.

Exceptional
It is rare these days to come across quality service but when it is observed and received it must be commended. Harshdeep, the representative/liason/muscle went above and beyond to ensure that my product was delivered ASAP - he messaged me directly to coordinate a time for delivery and was punctual - well before the initial delivery date. When you go to buy a product it usually means you need it right at the moment you order it. Upon his arrival he was pleasant, accommodating and stalwart in his craft. The product is everything and more we hoped for and as I type this message I am in extreme comfort laying on said purchased product. I can not recommend this company enough in terms of business and implore readers to not doubt a moment more. By fortuitous happenstance in my research for finding quality furniture I was easily swayed in comparison to competition and I am so happy with my decision. (Purchaser of 5 piece set)

This isn’t about simply disliking a couch. It’s about the misleading and calculated disconnect between the heavily promoted “risk-free” marketing displayed on every page of their website, and the fine-print reality that is very intentionally not communicated or made clear to the customer.
GH2 confidently advertises a 30-day return, describing the process as “simple, clear, and risk-free,” because “buying a sofa online is a big decision — and we want you to feel completely confident.”
That language is clearly meant to make customers feel safe spending several thousand dollars on an online-only couch they can’t try first.
However, GH2 has been running a continuous, site-wide “sale” for many months, only the name of the sale changes. At the same time, a large banner promoting the 30-day return appears across every single page, even throughout the entire purchasing process.
What is not clearly disclosed at any point is that sale items are not eligible for return, among many other disqualifying criteria that directly contradict what their marketing suggests.
The couch itself was uncomfortable. You can feel the hard wood frame underneath around the edges of each section.
When we contacted them about it, their solution was that we find cushion filling to add to it... after already spending over $3,000 they don't even offer to help. We replied explaining that this felt unreasonable and we received no further response.
No business that's confident in the quality of their products would market something as “risk-free” while structuring it so the risk ultimately falls on the customer.
No company that even remotely values their customers would operate this way either.
I will never make another purchase from this predatory company again and I will make sure everyone I know personally and that follows me on social media knows to avoid GH2 as well.

Our 30-day return policy is outlined on our website, including the conditions where returns may not apply, such as during promotional sale periods as we don't always have sales. We understand how important it is for customers to feel confident when purchasing online, and we are continuously working to make our policies as clear as possible.
In regard to comfort, we take this feedback seriously. Across thousands of orders, it is very rare for customers to report feeling the frame beneath the cushions. Our cushions are designed with a feather-blend fill and arrive vacuum-compressed for shipping, which requires fluffing and expansion time after setup. We also provide guidance on adjusting and redistributing the fill to achieve the desired comfort level.
When you reached out, we did respond and offered support, including suggestions to help improve the feel of the cushions. We’re sorry if that solution did not meet your expectations, as our intention was to provide a practical and immediate way to address your concerns.
We truly regret that your experience did not reflect the standard we aim to provide. If you’re still open to it, we would be more than happy to continue working with you to find a resolution.
High-Quality Couch and Excellent Service
I absolutely loved this couch. It’s sturdy, supportive, and comfortable, with removable covers that I can change and wash whenever I please. It instantly enhanced our room and fit our space so well! The delivery team was friendly, efficient, and the set up was really quick and easy. Their customer service was also amazing and they made sure to respond to emails/questions in a timely manner. The ottoman comes with extra storage which is super helpful! I would definitely recommend this couch to anyone who’s looking for a high quality and comfortable couch!

Amazing experience
I got my couches made and shipped straight to my home from these guys and they were amazing. On top of that the couches themselves are of top-notch quality, genuinely feels like some of the higher end couches you can buy for sure. All that for a great, affordable price! Will be referring all all my family and friends!

We were a little hesitant about investing in a couch we hadn’t tried in person, but after researching the company and reading countless reviews, we decided to take the leap—and wow, was it the right choice. We’re a family of five who love to gather and snuggle up for movie nights, and since getting this couch in November, it’s become our favorite place to spend any free time we have.
It’s firm, supportive, and somehow even more comfortable than our bed (all five of us slept on it every night over Christmas break!).
Setup was quick and surprisingly easy—we assembled it together in under an hour. The shipping and compact packaging were incredibly well thought out.
The quality is outstanding, and the company’s follow-up to make sure we were happy is something you rarely see these days. We truly can’t say enough good things about this couch. Hands down our best purchase of 2025. Highly recommend!

Pretty cool Couch
Sitting down at first was the closest I can get to heaven. Super durable and looks really good in the corner of our living room. The movers were also super friendly to us. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for a couch.

The team at GH2Cloud were super helpful in the process of me trying to redo my basement with a new couch! The kindest and funniest customer service from any company I have interacted with! The couch is super comfortable, super durable and very very easy to setup and clean (im a single woman and I got it done myself!). Dealing with them has been a nightmare they denied telling me contradictory information over the phone. This order was placed during a promotional sale, and as outlined in our return policy, discounted items are final sale. This policy is accessible to customers both before and at checkout and applies to all sales purchases.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Our sofas are constructed with a feather and foam cushion system designed to prevent contact with the internal frame, and the experience described is not typical based on feedback from most customers. Because the sofa had only been set up for one day, we provided guidance to remove the cushions from the covers and allow them time to fully expand, as they are shipped compressed and require time to reach their intended comfort level. We also offered additional filling as a goodwill measure to improve comfort.
We do not have any record of our team advising that this specific discounted item would be returnable, and all staff follow the same return policy. While we regret the frustration caused, the written policy accepted at checkout governs the transaction.
We aim to be transparent and fair with all customers and remain available to assist within the terms of our policy.
The best couch ever!
The couch has been very good for the past year and a half and is extremely comfortable. It is so comfortable that I sometimes fall asleep on it, the customer service was friendly, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. I have already recommended this company to my friends and would definitely suggest ordering from them.

Couch is great
Couch is great, feels super durable as well as being comfortable. Very appealing to the eyes as well. Customer service felt like I was working with a private interior stylist which was very cool. Shipping was extremely fast, surprisingly and unexpectedly fast, every piece was delivered on the same day 3 days after I placed the order… Barry Alan fast. Couch is great, I like that I can remove and machine wash the fabric and even order replacement with custom fabric and color requests.

Great product for the money
Great product for the money. Our 2 small dogs love the couch and the covers are extremely easy to clean and look new after each wash (we bought a white couch). Very comfortable material and cushion fill, can rearrange the couch super easily. The storage ottoman is great as well. Tall guy approved.
