This website is a total Scam

I ordered a Totoro plush in a big size and a poster:
item s were delivered BUT:
The plush was the smallest version possible & in bad quality. The poster was everything but a poster and printed on cheap plastic material

I wrote emails but after a vague promise of "the factory will come back to you" and several attempts to get answers.... I got no feedback whatsoever- DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THERE. It will be a huge disappointment for your kids and a total loss of money for you.

I’m normally a bit more savvy but not this time. Rush so didn’t check if the site was reliable. Stupidly thought they looked legit.

Order a Totoro plush, it’s just arrived and is totally the wrong size 25cm instead of 55cm. No doubt will cost me a fortune to return the wrong plush and I won’t get what I ordered.

Don’t be like me. Think twice and still don’t order from them.

Unfortunately I also was scammed by this website. Made a big order in Nov. 2022, now Feb 2023, still nothing, no response to emails etc. Do not order from this site is a SCAM. Working to get my money back as this is fraud.

Scam website! Never even received a confirmation email despite putting it in the website, I only became suspicious when I saw that the transaction had been sent to an air wallet in Hong Kong!

I ordered a few things as a gift for a loved one, the total amount of the order is over 100. I did not receive an e-mail with the tracking number, I only received an e-mail with the order number. [Order #61394] (December 8, 2022) No one replies to my messages and questions, no contact with the Company, been almost 2 months since the order was placed. Stay away, you can lose a lot!!!

Bought a plush and it looked nothing like it and was also a wrong size. Support email is also fake. Now I'm here very pissed off.

Ordered item on 12/11, the amount came out of my bank account the same day. The company on my statement was "P-14 ROOM 20 UNIT 3, 07/F, BHong Kong HK".
Still have not received the item (1/17/2023) and no way to contact the seller. It appears that the web site is down now.

Took the full 25 days to arrived. Print was meant to be on paper but arrived on canvas, poor quality. Currently waiting on response after I requested a refund.

Same story as everyone else. Unfortunately ordered a my neighbor totoro lamp for Christmas beginning of November. Paid extra for shipping insurance. They sent an order confirmation and I never heard from them again. Its now January and I have reached out multiple times to no avail. Save yourself a headache and don't give these ass holes your money. Happy New Year!

Absolute bait-and-switch scam. I ordered a hoodie. Website photo… looks like normal sweatshirt material. What I received… cheap, thin, shiny polyester. Of course my email to request a refund was bounced back. Total scam.

Can't give 0 stars or I would - wish I had read reviews here first!!! WORST COMAPNY DO NOT ORDER! I ordered months ago, and they never shipped it or answered my repeated requests for an update. DO NOT USE!!!!

Same story as everyone else. I ordered a t-shirt and received a see through jersey. No on will get back to me.

I wish I'd checked on here before placing an order but I was too busy/stressed. It serves me right - this site is a complete scam. I'd echo what I've read here - items are poor quality and nothing like the images on the website. The support email bounces back so there's no means of redress. Don't waste your time or money with these scammers.

Scam site. Needs to be shut down.
Email confirmations are sent from random person, not the company. When you get it touch you receive generic reply from another random person's email - not a company email. They sign off with "Cheers," and don't even put a name or company name at the end of email. When you go to "About Us" section of website it says "Page not Found." Hope I can somehow claw my money back from bank and get a replacement a week before Christmas!!!!!

Shocking company. Please, please do not use. I'm reluctant to use the term 'scam' but I can't think of an other description. I ordered a number of items through the website but when part of the order arrived the quality can only be described as absolutely shocking. I had bought them as xmas presents for the kids but I would be embarrased to hand them over. I'm still waiting for a large part of the order but I've pretty much given up hope that it will ever appear. I would usually consider myself a pretty astute internet shopper, but this company hit me in my Achilles Heel - xmas presents for two massive Studio Ghibli fans!

I ordered a hoodie. The pictured item looked to be a good quality item. What arrived was the worst quality polyester hoodie I have ever seen. Poorly finished in every way. The color of the hoodie was even printed on. The support email address for refunds bounced back and I strongly suspect this is a scam site. It certainly is such low quality that if it was official merch people should be embarrassed.

I order a large plushie for my SIL and Brother as a gift for their first baby. I ordered it 3 months ago and I have still heard NOTHING back.

The supportATghiblimerchandiseDOTcom email does not work and the Contact us only gives the the same reply over and over again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. There is an official store, this one is a FAKE.
