Great vaporizer and customer service! I bought one for myself more than a year ago and absolutely loved it, so I just bought one for my dad as a gift. Definitely recommend Ghost Vapes to anyone!

I’ve been a customer since the beginning. When I had any issues with my unit, they would immediately correct the problem. And I would have a new working unit within days. Any of my friends that try my ghost mv1 agree that it’s the best tasting best hitting heat on demand vape on the market.
I even bought one as a gift for someone for a special customer appreciation thanks giving sale they just had. Just to find out the Black Friday sale was a better deal. After I complained just like everything else, they corrected the problem and gave me the better deal.
The company as a whole is is a class act!!!!
Bottom line. You will not regret going with the Ghost!

The company doesn't tell you about the hidden custom fees.. DHL Shipping is absolute BS and I will never use their shipping company again... had to pay an extra $53 in fees... the vape itself is amazing 10/10, hits like a truck ! But I would definitely recommend buying from somewhere other than Ghostvapes.com

Bought on Black Friday, used a few times but it’s the least efficient vape I’ve ever used. It will only heat a small spot in the middle of it’s crucible. Needs constant stirring.

I can't say enough about how Great Ghost is and the company is to deal with. After 51 years of looking for the Holy Grail I think I might have found it with Ghost!

What keeps this website from being a 5 star are the broken links. Why can I not go to the fast charger page? Why is the customer service contact page down? What's the deal with the perpetually out of stock vaping herbs? Wasn't there another choice of MV1 color last month that seemingly dissapeared? Great product, great website, but the broken links and lack of informative updates hold it back.

Generally things went well at ghostvapes.com. The only problems was that I tried to order on the Tuesday before Black Friday and the site wouldn't let me place an order due to the fact that it wanted to put a free crucible dispenser in my cart and the site wouldn't allow it. The net effect was an Infinite Loop. I shrugged because I wanted to ensure I was going to get the free dispenser. I went back the next morning and the Loop problem was gone and there was no indication that the dispenser was out of stock (even though it turned out it was out of stock). If it had been, I would have waited to order, but it accepted my order. Shortly after that Ghost revised the offer to include both the dispenser and a fast battery charger. So, I wish had been able to wait, since I could have gotten both if I had waited another day or two.

But that's water over the bridge, as Ghost has subsequently shipped the dispenser to me and I have sourced a charger elsewhere.

So, not really a deal-breaker, but it would have been nice if the site had been clearer about the out-of-stock status of the dispenser.

Other than that, no problems in shipping, receipt or use. I love the MV1 results. The crucibles are not my favorite thing ever, but they get the job done and I'm getting better at loading them without spills.

Excellent price, excellent product, made for an amazing gift. Loved the premium packaging, quality and extras!

The MV-1 is my new favorite battery powered vaporizer. Battery life could be a lil better tho, I'm only averaging about 4 crucibles of dry herb.

Excellent product! By far the best portable vape on the market. I love the stealth design and solid feel of the MV1. Cool clouds upon cool clouds for days. This vape will change your life. Make the investment and it will pay you dividends for years.
