Giftago Avis 

I ordered on December 6th for Christmas. Site said it would arrive between December 12th and 18th. It's January 2nd and still not here. I'll never order or recommend ordering from this company again. Ruined the holidays. I'm in the process of getting my bank to refund me for fraudulent advertising and the fact it's still not here.

The shippers were confused by my address which delayed my order and Haley at Giftaco Sorted it out very quickly and in such a helpful and friendly way. Thank you Haley!

Blanket is expensive and soooooooo thin useless and dumb. Not to mention it also took over a month to ship so I didn’t get it for a long time to be disappointed in the end

The blanket is adorable and came just like it was shown!

I live in NY (USA) and ordered a blanket in which I customized the character on the blanket. It arrived within the estimated delivery time and the quality was as good or better than expected. Very soft.

Nice blankets! Ordered two blankets for both of my granddaughters and they were done nicely, the names were spelled correctly and each specific item I selected was also correct. Blankets are soft. But very thin. Not sure how they are going to wash because I have not done that yet but all in all I feel like it’s A great purchase!

Took a little longer to arrive but they did answer emails with updates. And I love the blanket other than the material has black dots of threads and in certain areas it can look like mildew, but I noticed it’s all throughout because it’s the material. Wish that wasn’t the case. Otherwise the concept of this blanket is lovely.

The product is good. The emails during the waiting time were cute and funny. They are a bit misleading, since this item is shipped from China and I really doubt that there are individuals paying attention to my particular order.

Delivery takes a minute but worth it

I ordered the highest quality blanket three times for different gifts. Each time the thickness, size, and customized printing were impressive. People who received the blankets were very happy with them.
At one point I needed customer service's help. They were communicative via email. Sometimes there is a day or two delay in response, but they do respond and are helpful.
Shipping is slow, but I chose the free shipping. It was about a two week wait for blankets to arrive.
Overall I love the idea of customized blankets as gifts.

Love the customer service, I bought 3 blankets for my grand babies. They all love the so much the quality was great and the message was better. They loved that their name was on it, the price was reasonable also
