I spent $70 plus on a gift basket of cookies and brownies and was embarrassed by what the recipients received

The picture shows 30 cookies and about 8-16 brownies. What they received was 16 cookies and 7-8 brownies

My problem, like many others, is the delivery. Paid for expedited 1-2 day delivery. When it actually took 4 days. Deceptive marketing and they wouldn't refund my expedited shipping cost. Oh and only Tues-Fri are considered business days. Will not be using again or recommend this business.

I placed an online order from the U.K, for my sister's 50th birthday who's in Texas. Was a bit worried and did not know what to expect. However, I am happy to give 5 Stars, and the customer services was very helpful and good. Thank you guys, for helping to make my sister's day special from over the sea.

The delivery is not accurate. Paid extra to have expedited delivery and it was not expedited. I would hesitate using them.

I placed my order 5 days in advance to make sure the gift will be delivered the exact day as our wedding anniversary, paid extra money for choosing an exact date for delivery and surprisingly they emailed on the CHOSEN DATE the saying we can not deliver your gift !!! NEVER AGAIN! Ruined my entire arrangements !

I ordered a gift basket and paid for next day delivery so it would arrive for my father’s 90th birthday. Received tracking email on the delivery date saying the basket was in New York and would arrive 2 days after the birthday. Total misrepresentation of both the high priced “express” delivery and that the basket would be delivered from a local shop. Never again! The gift basket has still not arrived and the opportunity to celebrate my father’s 90th with a special gift is passed.

Great baskets, great service. I would like to be able to do a custom card included when sent. There should be a place on your website to fill out a notecard. Maybe I missed. It's important when you send a gift basket to have a note included. You are great to work with!!

My experience was very GOOD. Wish I remembered the name of the person who helped me out.I phoned in order. I do not order things on i'net. Anyway, I made a huge mistake and realized it AFTER I hung up. Called back immediately and luckily the same person answered the phone. She was VERY sweet and gracious in spite of it being such a stupid mistake on my part. She made the necessary corrections without throwing out any criticisms my way. Thank you for that.
