My son have this to me for mother's day and I really love it. The outside is so soft and having the little extra weight/pressure is great for me. I tried it with the heat once but didn't like it. It is a little difficult to remove and replace the little wheat pack too. Then my son tried it and also loved it so much he wouldn't give it back lol, so he brought me a new one.
