Renate was very helpful. She went above and beyond to assist. She really made my experience most pleasant. It’s rare to find someone that really cares to provide excellent customer service. She really listened well and confirmed each step in writing to provide clarity.

Renate consistently goes above and beyond!

Renate consistently goes above and beyond to help, and she is truly an asset to this company. Her dedication doesn't go unnoticed — she brings a level of care and reliability that makes everyone's job easier.

One memory that has really stuck with me: I was out of the country and needed to get gift cards out to the staff, but I couldn't manage it on my own from a distance. Renate stepped in without hesitation and guided me through every step of the process, making sure everything got done on time and that no one was left out. That kind of support says a lot about who she is.

We’ve been using them for over a year…

We’ve been using them for over a year now. Their website is easy to navigate, and they’ve worked with us on every order to make sure we were taken care of. Communication with customer service has been excellent, especially on orders where I made an error. We plan to continue working with them because they’re easy to use and consistently supportive.

My staff loves this gift!

The process changed from last year and I didn't see any clear instructions explaining the change. I figured it out and emailed service to confirm, but clearer instructions on redemption would be helpful. My staff again loved this gift and it was worth the effort to give them something they truly like.
