This is not a trustworthy merchant.

It was a hassle from beginning to end. Confirming the purchase was difficult. Receiving the cards was difficult. When I first tried to print them, the system was down, and it took several phone calls before the system was up again enough to print simple pdf's.

Finally, when I used the 8 cards this evening, 2 of them were returned to me with a zero balance. Clearly, no diligence was done in making certain the customer actually obtained anything of value.

I should have read the reviews before using them. I too have opened a dispute with my credit card company, which I will surely win, but could really do without the hassle.

It appears this company makes its money by ripping people off who are not intelligent enough to know how to dispute the charge properly, or who simply don't go through the trouble.

These people should be investigated by the FTC and shut down.

Mailed card, they never paid. Fraud, fraud, fraud. Too bad you can't give them negative stars!

First glance, this site look great for a selling since they are offer a bit higher payout then other sites. When i submitted the cards, it required to submit the card number and info so i think that will be an easy way so I don’t need spend time to ship it out for them but after checking the digital information done they will request you to mail the physical card to them. And i did, i mailed the cards from Oct 27th and until now Nov 21st that still under processing.
My point here is this site take very slow process to do anything especially when you are selling the gift card. It take at least 2 days to respond on your offers, and another 5 days for balance checking, and go on.
I don’t recommend to do any business on this site.

Refused to return money after failing to send gift card. When issue was brought up they would not accept any sort of responsibly for the absolute failure on their end. I had to go to BBB which was escalated as soon as the company name was noticed.

Terrible customer service!!! Placed order on the 1st of October and order both Physical Gift Cards and e-gift cards. It's the physical gift cards I never received. It's been 30 days. Contact customer services 3 times!!! Try email and try calling!! But won't refund and NEVER RECEIVE MY GIFT CARDS!!!!! The person who answer my call was very rude and not professional!!

they sold me bogus CVS cards. They did, however, refund my money once I caught it.

I bought five restaurant gift cards to use as door prizes for a church outing. Thank goodness the outing was cancelled because when I tried using the cards I discovered I was sold used cards. One twenty five dollar card only had $1.10 left on it. Another was empty. I called gift card spread and was told they only stands behind the cards for ninety days ..DO NOT BUY from this company. If you do you are rolling the dice as to what to get.

SCAM!!!!! Do not use. Sold $200 worth of gift cards and have not received payment several months later.

Purchased a $200 melting pot gift card and was told at melting pot there is a zero balance on the card!!! I am furious right now and will be issuing a chargeback as soon as the credit card company is open!!!!!!!! Never buy from here!!!!!

I have bought several hundred dollars of Walmart, Target, iTunes gift cards. first, I bought them here b/c the discount was the best. I shop around 10 sites before I purchase an actual card and it is based on the discount. second, the cards have all been delivered quickly (from 20 minutes to a little less than a day), and they were all reliable and good. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks a lot, GiftCardSpread.

Don't risk or bet your money on the company.

I was told they cannot do anything for my purchased gift cards when they just not working (even they were working earlier) after 60 days period...
they just blamed it's third-party ... bluh bluh ... what a shame!

Unless you think u r really lucky enough that your purchased gift card will be working all the time, DONT...

SCAM!!
Would give ZERO if possible as that is what the balance will be on your cards. A BIG FAT ZERO!!!! Oh it was a mistake.... 3 times in a row. No we call that a SCAM!! If you wait past 60 days you are out. If you give these as gifts your friends may not want to tell you that the balance is ZERO.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

Sold a Lowe's gift card and still haven't received payment after 2 months. Wondering if I'm ever gonna get paid at this point.

once u bought the card, they don;t deliver asap because they simply don;t have the cards from original sellers YET. they wait to receive the cards b4 sending to u. yes, they advertise, they take our money instantly and invest it. After 48 hours, if they don;t ship out, it means the initial sellers change their mind. And it took Card Spread to 3-4 weeks to refund. If you complain, they will read the same speech.

I attempted to sell a gift card to Gift Card Spread and buy a Gift Card from them. The first card I tried to sell they did not respond with an offer until I emailed twice. Their offer was considerably lower than other sights.
The card I tried to buy showed that I successfully purchased the card and a duplicate of the same card and amount. When the cards never came I contacted them 2-3 times and they said they would cancel my transaction.
I even went as far as to write an email detailing why I had a bad experience and how they could improve. I did not get a reply

TOO SLOW. I ordered an electronic gift card, but apparently it takes over a day to get verified as a new user. This is just too slow. They also don't work weekends so don't plan on getting any gift cards on the weekends to spend with.
