Firstly I have to say that it was my initial mistake that has caused me to rate Gift Card Store with a 2 star rating.
I ordered a gift card online and ordered an e-gift card by mistake (I actually needed a physical card) which was, rightly, sent to my e~mail address, however, I instantly realised my mistake and got in contact with the Gift Card Store who e-mailed back asking for further information which I gave and also requested cancelling the e-gift card and asked if I could be sent a physical card. Then 2 days later I received another e~mail saying they couldn’t help and that I was stuck with the e Gift Card. The 2 star rating is for the lack of any help and quite a poor customer service response

Do not use!! I ordered 2 physical gift cards for Christmas for my daughters, which were supposed to arrive 2 - 3 business days. I still do not have them over a week later. I emailed them and they're asking for my billing details... strange as I provided the order no. In my email which should have all the relevant info if they were genuine. I also received a warning from Yahoo attached to the email advising its from an outside source from the original email and not to give any personal information.
Very angry and dissatisfied, I have now lost alot of money less than a week before Christmas and have to re buy these elsewhere.

Emails were sent to the customer service on 2/12 and 14/12 regarding the purchase made on 1/12. No one has ever made any response yet.

Received 2 vouchers which hadn’t been activated so can’t be used. Reading reviews this seems to be a common issue and certainly won’t be purchasing again!
They have absolved all responsibility, saying it’s nothing to do with them. I paid the money to them so clearly it is. Will have to proceed with charge back through bank.

Purchased a digital gift card that never arrived. Contacted customer services by both email and phone to be told the purchase was ‘cancelled’ despite funds being taken from my account. Was advised I would receive a refund.
A week later have received an email telling me I’ve been refunded via the purchase method, but the email gives the final four digits of a card number that isn’t mine and no funds have appeared. Simultaneously received a second email saying my payment has been approved, but upon logging to access the gift card none appears.
Now assuming this is a scam and I have lost my money as on further investigation it seems others have experienced the same. Will be proceeding with a chargeback.

Received the vouchers on time but there was only one Christmas card in the package which was a little annoying as I’d clearly ordered two vouchers for two people.
