They stole money from my gift card. It was a scam when I checked my car balance it was zero.

Was just scammed. Stay away. They will steal your hard-earned money. I just checked, and they fleeced the card while it was still pending. There is no customer service, and when you visit the company, it is actually a parking lot in Iceland. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!

Biggest scam should’ve checked before submitting my giftcards..got me for $300..submitted on June 29, 2025 it’s now July 21, 2025..tried contacting them and no reply..

So far I've been waiting to have my gift card I sold processed. They say you receive funds 15mins-2 hours. It's going on 10 hours and I tried contacting them with all the info they provide. The phone number is always a busy signal. They have yet to respond to my emails or after submitting a request. I will report this site if I don't receive my money or they don't respond or both. It's been way over the rime to receive funds. They are a scam amd I wouldn't do any business with them. I'm going to report them ifc3 the Feds for stealing card numbers and not paying the customer!!

Wish I would’ve seen these first. Total scam. Got me for a $100. Stole the balance from my card and didn’t respond to a single inquiry. The phone # is just a busy signal no matter how many times you call. RUN! And DO NOT give them your information!

They just steal your card balance. They will never contact you or answer an email. Completely fraudulent

They scammed me big time. And now they banned me from the site. AND NOW I cant even access the site online. It's like the site doesn't even exist now. I keep emailing the email address they had on the website and I keep getting a return email like that doesn't exist now too. TOTAL SCAMMERS. I sold them a $300 dollar gift card, they sent me an email back at first saying it was denied, and then they took the money off the card and there is no way of contacting them. I made a claim with Walmart Gift Card and they denied me any return or refund. I'm waiting on my bank to dispute it with them. My blood is just boiling, I'm so upset!

It is 100% a scam! Do not give them any imformation! They will steal your money!!

Took me for a bunch of gift cards. No answer no response no nothing!! I don't know what to do

They got me… took the money off my gift card and never sent it to me. I have emailed and tried to chat multiple times with not a single response.

Now emails are bouncing back and they have a brand new website.

Giftcardsvault.com just took me for a $220 home depot gift card. Filing with IC3 and FTC.
