You placed 3 Roblox orders with us. One of the orders was successfully completed.
However, the other 2 orders were refunded because you were unable to provide the required information needed for the Roblox top-up process. Without the necessary details, we were unable to complete the delivery.
Therefore, your claim is not correct. We did attempt to deliver the products, and when it was not possible due to missing information, we proceeded with a refund.
If you still have any questions, please feel free to contact our support team — we are always happy to clarify.
Scammer, stay away. !!!!
This page asks for customers credentials and scams them by transferring credits/points to his own account in exchange of payment. It took away robux from my niece's account while I paid for topping up robux.
I called them, but no response from their end. I am going to call BTCL to remove their domain, and also contact google for taking action against their search result indexing.

We respectfully inform you that your claim is not correct. After carefully reviewing your order, we found that the information you provided for the Roblox top-up was incorrect, which made it impossible for us to complete the transaction.
Since we were unable to proceed due to the incorrect details, we issued a refund within the standard refund timeframe.
We always attempt to deliver every order successfully, and refunds are only processed when delivery is not possible.
We kindly request you to reconsider your review and ensure that correct information is provided when placing an order to avoid such issues in the future. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact our support team — we are always ready to assist you.
I recently ordered a 3-month Surfshark…
I recently ordered a 3-month Surfshark VPN plan from GiftCardsZoneBD, and my experience has been disappointing. Initially, everything worked fine, but after using the VPN for just one month, I was unexpectedly logged out and couldn't access the service anymore. I tried reaching out to their customer support through their Facebook page, but they didn't respond to my messages.
I would not recommend purchasing any services from GiftCardsZoneBD.com. My experience has been disappointing, and I hope others don't have to go through the same hassle.
Edit: After posting this review, they refunded my purchase. Because of this, I’m updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. While I appreciate the refund, the overall experience was still not great.
