Service Charge of $19.95 not disclosed
A service charge of $19'95 to puchase gift cards is ridiculous. This is a hidden charge that Apple Farm Hotel did NOT disclose until the very last step in the purchase process. This is a classic bait and switch scheme by an unethical business entity.

BS "service charge" to order and print my own GC
$9 "service charge" to order a gift card online and print it out myself??? I even called to find out if I could pick one up at the restaurant but was told this was the only option. Wish the recipient asked for a different restaurant.
