I was a little upset with my purchase so I let the company know how I felt. I received a reply from Rachel. A very pleasant person it was a pleasure working with her. If everyone was as pleasant and helpful like Rachel everyone would be pleased with this company they have wonderful items. I kept my purchase and I love it.
Thank you
Lawana
My issue was solved right away excellent customer service my first time ordering from this company keep up the excellent service
I saw this company's website while scrolling on my phone one night. I needed to get a gift for my dear friend. When I saw these beautiful Christian based wallets, it is then that I needed to get one. Well, I went back and forth trying to decide. I put two in my 'cart' and every day I tried to decide which one to get. One day the next week, I saw an email that I had ordered both of them! Since I don't know anyone else by the name that I had put on the wallet, I immediately reached out to them. At that moment, I had to decide which one of the two I wanted. They graciously texted me back and said they would remove the one I didn't want AND refund the money back to me. Now that is GREAT customer service! I can't wait to see the expression on my friend's face when she opens it. Great and beautiful products and super great customer service!
The wallet is absolutely beautiful and worth the wait. The communication from the company was so personal and kind I felt as though I was back in the 70s before computers. I would definitely purchase again from this company.
I ordered 2 wallets, and never got a status, had to download an app to track my order. It was difficult to track it. Then the order stated the items were delivered and I have never saw them in my mail box. I emailed them directly. No response, no nothing. Do not order anything from this company. I don’t think they are legit.
The second order that I placed was dealt with perfectly and in a timely manner. The first order is yet to arrive, but I have been assured that the mistakes in addressing have been corrected. So I do expect another excellent experience!
