Be careful before you order…….!
I ordered a “Golden Baller” card for my son. At the time of order, there was only one option of the 22/23 card. On the 20th August I received my proof to approve, I checked and gave the go ahead. However the following day I come across that Gift Goals have released the newer version 23/24 on the 20th August (the same day I was asked to check my proof). Feeling disappointed that I wasn’t made aware of the newer version, I emailed asking why and if it was possible to change to the newer version and I was told no. I feel I should have been given an option or at least been made aware that there was newer version at the time of proof. I feel very let down by the customer service received.

The communication is great throughout. I love the fact you get a mock up of your items first. Chelsea gives you a timescale and it's never been wrong.
I have been using Giftgoals since coming across them and have never been disappointed (neither has Joey!)

Unbelievable! Cannot recommend highly enough. Product quality was first class!
So helpful and sent drafts of how it would look and didn’t start the process until I was 100% happy with what I’d be receiving.
Postage was very good also! Would definitely use again! Brilliant!

I Messaged the Instagram page just before I ordered as I needed our order to come before a certain date and they gave us the option to send first class, they also sent a preview of the football card advised us one picture was a bit blurry which I’m glad they did as they gave us an option to send another picture over and my nephew and daughter was absolutely made up with the cards very happy with the service
