Sent too early
It is a great way to be able to get something nice sent to your family overseas for their birthday. However, I wish I hadn't ordered it so early as it was sent out almost immediately even though I chose the date near to the birthday so it was a month early. He was very pleased with the item though and as I haven't been able to see it I can only take his word for that. However, I thank them now for taking note of my review so well and replying to it kindly.

Slow and overpadded
1. Too much padding, not enough gift.
2. Get a new courier. I ordered the gift on 17 Aug. It arrived on 21 Aug but the courier didn't ring our front doorbell or text or email, just left a card on the front porch. When I went to re-schedule delivery, they couldn't deliver until 25 Aug, the day of the birthday and 8 days after the order. Not good enough

We can confirm your order was received on August 17, with a preferred delivery date of August 21. To meet this request, as you have noted, a delivery attempt was made on the 21st. At time of delivery there appears to be insufficient communication from the courier, which will be included in our review of supplier services. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Birthday gift basket ordered from Australia
Ordered a gift basket for mum's birthday from Australia. I feel like the it was good value for the amount of things in there and the delivery turned up on her birthday as scheduled. She was very surprised and happy with the gift.

The customer service was outstanding
The customer service was outstanding. I wanted to swap out one of the items in a gift basket, so emailed support. Straight away I got a reply, and said they would watch for my order and swap as requested. Everything was so easy. The basket itself was wonderful, and my daughter was delighted. Overall, a lovely shopping experience!
