I ordered a dress from this company about a week ago through Facebook. I have never received an order confirmation or text regarding my delivery. I have emailed and also tried to contact through Facebook and no luck. Obviously, they took my money straight away. Bad customer services and a tin pot company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THSI COMPANY!!! They are asking for the date of my experience below, well there are many that you have not replied too.

Not as advertised
Received my order and had to email the customer services to return it- didnt fit, material was not what I expected and the colours were nothing like advertised. Response tried to discourage return stating postage would be very expensive for me but they would send different size if I accept the postage charge which was a value that didn’t make sense. Avoid this company

Wish I'd read the reviews first before ordering. I've waited just over 2 weeks for very ill fitting, poor quality ladies tracksuit to arrive. Like many other reviews I've been told its too expensive to return the item and would i like to pay the postage for a replacement! No I absolutely wouldn't of course, so now they are not responding! As there's have said don't bother with this company or the many other copy companies out there. Absolutely terrible. *I've now received a partial refund for this item as I thought it was better than nothing. However this should not distract from the fact that goods themselves are still very poor quality!

I bought the wrong size trouser suit so I Contacted customer service who were very helpful and efficient in sending me out a replacement. The delivery was very quick.
THINK TWICE before trusting these people.
Seen this product online and thought it’s perfect.
Placed an order
However after a few days there was no movement on the tracking, so started a few emails to customer services
Me asking what’s happening when will this product ship,
Them they keep saying we’re here to help, at one point I asked them to help but actually answering my questions
To get wait 3 days were here to help.
After getting this crap I said enough was enough said this looks like a scam and demanded a full refund.
to be honest this is the worst service I’ve ever had your customer services is a joke.
As a company selling products online is your main bread and butter well the sheer incompetence and lack of any actual help will eventually loose you future sales.
I will be posting an honest review online and I hope to god it prevents some other poor sucker from ever trusting your company.
Now weeks later, they honestly want me to submit a 5 star review

So far the item that I ordered has not arrived. No (promised) email received even though that was part of the process to inform me when to expect the order. The funds were taken from my acct immediately. Guess I will have to shop elsewhere in future

Blurry Image on One T-shirt
I ordered two t-shirts. One of them is fantastic and deserves a 5-star rating. However, the other has a blurry image and is terrible, making it a one-star item.
Poor quality and service
Product arrived, looking nothing like the product advertised. Immediately asked for a refund, was told I need to pay to send it to China or they can give me a 20% voucher off further shopping. I refused either of these options but now they are refusing to respond to me. Avoid at all costs!

It doesn't work as it should
Words actually fail me!
I ordered some Christmas lights from this company; they seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. The order was placed mid-November (2025) and arrived while I was not at home. I still have my doorbell recording of the courier; he went away with the package. I checked with the neighbours but none had received my parcel. I contacted the company and received an email assuring me the parcel had been delivered. To date, I have not received the goods or any type of acceptable response. I have sent emails repeatedly, asking for a resolution. Any reply I have had insists that the parcel was delivered and asks me to check with neighbours or the post office(?!). Ultimately, I was told that they were ready to issue a refund but would levy a charge for postage and asked for my agreement. I replied that I definitely did not agree to a charge of any kind for goods I have not received.
Over six weeks later and I am still without my goods or proper recompense.
I find this absolutely unbelievable, probably my worst online shopping experience ever.
My advice would be to keep well clear of this merchant. They seem to have little, if any, sense of responsibility and the customer service appears to be totally incapable.
On the strength of my review, it would seem, the merchant has sent an apology for the experience and assured me they want to resolve my issue. I have replied and await their action.
I appreciate the gesture but remain disappointed that it took a poor review to prompt an appropriate response.

I am thankful that the merchant has now issued a refund, in full. I have increased my rating but can only further review it based on any future experience.

Not what it’s supposed to be…
The item is not from Crochet Society as advertised, they’re blaming the quality on their manufacturer being in a different country, and getting my refund is proving difficult as they want me to pay for return despite it being a fake.

Again, I will give that until Wednesday and if I don't receive, I will be going to my bank to get my money back. I ordered some lights for the tree

Do NOT BUY!
Ordered the crochet advent calender. What was advertised did not arrive. I was expecting 24 boxes with crochet hooks, wool, tape measures & other assorted gifts, and what i got was, matchstick sized boxes with 15g of what looks like, scrap left over wool. Dont buy from this company! Absolute joke!

The quality of the two makeup/travel bags was absolutely shocking. I did contact the company to advise the bags were not of the same quality as advertised. The reply was “ you can gift them to someone else”. I would be embarrassed to do that. They said the items were not faulty so I would have to pay for return for refund. I would never order anything from this company again. £26 wasted

Do not buy anything from this company
I have just read the reviews and wish l had read them before l placed orders with them. I ordered two highland cows a large one and a smaller one, this was three weeks ago and l have not received them. I rang the customer services and they said that one had been delivered and the other one was on its way. I told them that l hadn’t received anything they insisted l had. I asked if l could have a refund or a replacement and they just told me to check with the courier and the post office. Complete scammers and fraudsters. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a jacket and when tracking hadn't updated contacted customer services who were very helpful. No problems ordering from this company
Goods received were NOT new
Goods received were NOT new. Long hair in pack. Quality awful. No return address. After a lot of correspondence from them, they advised I need to return to a foreign address. Both of us know thats not going to happen. Offered a £10 refund on 24 August. Nothing in my Bank as of 13th Sept. Simply awful. Don't touch with a very long barge pole.
Sunday 14 Sept. Now asked for more details with the excuse of a response "within 24 hours". As they havent responded in 3 weeks....
Oh what a surprise (maybe guilt or shame on their part?) Just checked my bank at 12 noon on 14th, and there is a "pending" incoming payment from Giftsalesa. Sorry, but they are still not a company of a decent and respectable reputation.
