Shipping is not timely
My fiancé and I ordered a ring for our wedding a WEEK ago and haven’t gotten any new information, our package has made NO progress in being delivered.
We spent the LAST of our money on this ring and it’s very upsetting that we have had to wait so long without any progress in shipping!
It’d be heartbreaking if we had to postpone our wedding AGAIN due to NO RING

Positive Experience
I had a very positive experience with Gifts with Style despite the fact that the product I ordered arrived damaged.
First of all their prices are very competitive and the check out experience was straight forward.
Once I notified them of the problem they responded quickly and were very apologetic. I sent pictures of the damage and they refunded me immediately without having to go through the hassle of sending the product back. These things happen but how companies handle them makes a big difference.
Great service, I would happily buy from them again and not hesitate to recommend Gifts with Style.

Bad customer service
I bought a MyWalit there and got a fake. I emailed about returning it and received no response, despite using the address given for questions or problems.
EDIT: So this turned out to be mostly MyWalit's fault. The one I bought was wildly lower quality in material, etc than my old one of the same style. But it seems their brand has just dropped in quality. I apologize to Gifts with Style for the accusation, but this wouldn't have been a problem if they had responded to me (and yet look! they did respond when I made them look bad). Even when companies have taken their time getting back to me, they still responded.

I wouldn't normally do this, but I'm forwarding and email from our supplier Mywalit UK Ltd with our invoice attached. As you can see we do not have a fake supplier. You can see the Mywalit.com email addresses below and you can send an email to them if you want to complain further about the quality. You are welcome to return your purse for a refund of the product, however as we do not sell fake products we will not be able to refund you for the return postage.
