Brilliant shop with great service
Items ordered are well packed and delivered fast, also click and collect option is brilliant, I went early and they accommodated me without any hassle, I would 100% recommend, great gifts at very reasonable prices and delivery charges are very reasonable.

Ordered 2 key rings a week ago
Ordered 2 key rings a week ago, still waiting delivery. The only information I can get from this company is that it's not their problem once it gets into the Australia Post Office at Elizabeth when it got there last Monday 16th September. So what happened to it there? Australia Post advise that the tracking number supplied by them is invalid. Frustrating.

Purchase online an item to be delivered to Galway. It took 6 days to be delivered. Emailed asking assistance and received no response. Very poor service.
