Absolutely shocking, placed my order to then be told it’s not available so why still show as available on your website is beyond me very disappointed and would not recommend at all.

Waited for a week with no dispatch info, chased to find out estimated dispatch to be told system shows it as delivered. They also cannot send a replacement out as none in stock. Despite no stock, the item is still listed on the website for people to order.
No tracking provided or dispatch email sent….something doesn’t add up!

We are really disappointed to read this review - we did contact you as soon as we found out you hadn’t received your order and explained that the system was showing as delivered our end. We have confirmed we will take this up with our delivery company and have offered you a replacement or a refund to rectify the issue so we hope this will be satisfactory but are very sorry you feel the service level was bad despite our efforts to rectify the problem.
