I cannot rate Giig highly enough,response time within minutes, support is always on hand whether it's a teams call refresh of the features or a quick phone call they are always on hand.
The thing I love the most is they listen to ideas and feedback of features to add in and they actually put this into practice!
The flexibility options of their packages are also a stand out choice to use them especially when you have changes within your team and you can't afford to be tied in for 12month contracts with ridiculous clauses like some of the big providers I've experienced. Well done guys your doing awesome!

Andy & Luke are great, incredibly responsive, and have created something genuinely impactful and worthwhile for any recruitment company who are looking for an advanced CRM system. I've tried a lot and they all carry common downfalls, however Giig has been unique in its mix of simplicity in navigation in correlation to the advanced tools included. Had the free version for a week before realising it was what I wanted full time moving forward and now using it as my go-to.

Extremely simple-to-use software with all the bells and whistles you'd need to properly track important aspects of your business.

The support it amazing. When you message them you get a response from a real person. And after hours you send a message and they will respond the next business day right way.

This is a user friendly great system to use. My company was using google sheets and we were loosing applicants in the process. Now we have a seamless process!

Giig is a great cost effective solution for recruitment tracking. There are a couple of things in process that will change my four stars to a 5 star rating, but I'd actually make this a 4.5 if I could. Every question and support request has been picked up quickly and actioned by an actual person which was exactly what I wanted.

I had almost given up trying to find a CRM that ticked all the boxes for our start up perm desk and then the lovely guys at Giig came along ! I have been really impressed and looking forward to learning more about their features and embedding this into our daily sales activity.
