Absolute rip off. Garbage products, garbage customer service, and a total garbage outfit. Stay away from them!!

Ordered my usual large order of isolate. It's been over 2 1/2 weeks since they took my money. The order has yet to be fulfilled. Dozens of emails, & phone calls have all been ignored. Having to get my money back from my bank now.

They use to be good but they are NOT TO BE TRUSTED now. They will take your money and send you nothing.

Order number 47093....I should not know it off of the top of my head. But I do from all the messages I love sent and not gotten responses. I put my order in June 7th. It's July 23rd.

I've always had good luck with this company but my last $400+ order placed last May never shipped. They don't respond to customer service emails or phone messages. I've seen posts on their Facebook page from people in the same boat. Don't order anything until they get it together.

Avoid if from UK/international. Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still have not received any shipping confirmation. Nobody answers the phone and they're ignoring my emails. Beware ordering from here. I will update if anything ever changes with my order. Cheers Faizan.

They used to be good, but now they just take your money and never ship you anything. Just order from Vivimu instead

Sold me tainted products and refused to give a refund. I had to go to the hospital after ingesting their distillate.

Gilded extracts is great. I've been using them since 2022 and they've consistently had some of the best prices and best quality distillate out of any alt cannabinoid vendor. My only complaint is that shipping is a little on the slower side at 1 week, but they are still my go-to vendor despite this.

Had two special blends made, they both taste great, and the effects are even better. Highly recommend!

I only get my distillate from a trusted and local source and these guys only sell the best and purest products at a really good price, they also always have a sale going on so it gives you the opportunity to try new products

Knowledgeable and helpful folks. I was able to switch from a street dealer to their products and am very happy with the results and no more dirty dealer.

Heard good things about their terps. The order arrived very nicely and it was shipped in a timely fashion. However, the terpenes themselves were rather lacking in quality. They were not as gassy as I had hoped and they had more of a grassy/hay flavor. Even after letting them sit after mixing for four weeks they only got slightly better. The price was good and so was the shipping. But i probably wouldn't buy the terps again.

I ordered from them over a week ago and they still haven't shipped it. Haven't even created a label. Considering a charge back with my bank.

Edited to add: finally got it two whole weeks later. One of the bottles of tincture ended up having the lid spontaneously break open and it spilled everywhere so I lost most of the product. Never buying from them again.

Fantastic company and great products I was hesitant to try any different companies but I'm glad I did this time. Highly recommend

Ordered couple of items UK and other that The amber d8 smelling a bit like burnt rubber hidden with some trips I added,
Arrived 5-6 day period would defo shop again there.

Don't order if from the UK.
If Fedex lose the parcel Gilded don't replace or refund.
Just lost nearly £100 and waited four weeks to find out.
Worst customer service I've experienced as they ignore questions and don't relay info.
I've never had a package not turn up and be out of pocket.
They said customs have it but on the tracking its stuck and even fedex said its lost.
I think gilded just say fedex told them customs have it so they don't have to refund or replace.
