I'm sorry to hear about the concern over the payment. I've just checked our records and can only see a £19 charge against your order, not £50+. I found the website user-friendly and was amazed by how quickly the photo was created. The wow factor is the best feature of the process. I uploaded a photo of myself and asked my wife to come review it. She viewed the image, and her reaction was priceless. That response confirmed my desire to purchase the image. I have a very large frame with multiple matboards. I plan to place an 11-by-14 photo in the frame.

It was very easy
It was very easy and is a lovely reminder of my dog who has been gone 2+ years now, but you've given him a tail which he never had so I ask folk if they notice the error. It's quite a talking point but you weren't to know and I think he would have liked to have a proper tail so now he does.

A really lovely portrait at a very reasonable price. I have yet to see if the pixels are good enough at the printers. The image was about 95% correct. So happy but not 100% spot on.

Try before you buy is brilliant.
It was so easy and such fun trying out different photos in different settings before you order. I was really happy with the beautiful download of my cat Zazu looking like a king on a velvet cushion.
