Absolutely beautiful
The floor lamp is absolutely beautiful. It looks great when illuminated and also when the light is off. The quality of the finish is excellent and we were also kept well informed about dispatch and delivery.

Very slow delivery
I'm not sure why it takes 19 days to receive a gift voucher when I've paid the compulsory £6 for tracked 24 hour delivery.
I chased twice and received a quick reply, but it didn't speed up the delivery!

Kintsugi workshop
I attended a Kintsugi workshop at Gillian's and thoroughly enjoyed her friendly and kind ways. Teas and biscuits kept us going and all of us had managed to create a piece of art at the end of the evening. Well worth it.
I booked the workshop not on Gillian's website and was charged an additional £6 for postage... So best to go on the official website.

I recently purchased 2 lampshades from the Darlington branch.
I had purchased a pair of tables lamps privately but a couple of components were missing.
The staff, Charlie, Muhammad, Kevin and Gillian herself were wonderful. Charlie threw in the missing parts at no extra charge.
I'd recommend the company to anyone.

Bought a deck chair as a gift for my wife on line earlier this summer. Good I ordered early since it took about 6 weeks to arrive here in East Sussex. That said, well in time for the birthday and a gorgeous product, individuated and with accompanying cushion. The design is attractive and relaxing with its floral picturing. Tempted to get another to match my wife’s now, maybe in time for Christmas.

Beautiful lamp
Have just taken delivery of our floor standing Secret Garden lamp and it is even nicer than anticipated. It is beautiful and of great quality, workmanship and materials.
Having received an email advising there might be delays due to COVID I was expecting to have to wait a bit longer for it to be delivered so was really pleased it was delivered in just under 3 weeks.
