Complaint ot Customer service

Complaint ot Customer service : A bit disappointed. Their reply: Normally, we do not accept returns of opened bags.
How anyone know without opening the pack , if product is fauty or not . They agreed but return fee of £4.99 will be deducted.
Issues are :
Roasted Chick Peak have rock hard chick peas mix in normal one --causing tooth damage .
chopped diced Figs have a bit starnge smells ---like not properly dried.
Coconut chips are rock hard ----should not that hard consistency.
We live in East London and regularly buying these products in our area and we can easily differentiate between acceptable & poor quality porducts.

DHL is what went wrong

DHL is what went wrong. The delivery window is from 10.21 - 20.00, so the day is pretty much wriiten off. DHL need a signature, which makes sense for an order of of almost 90 quid, but to make me stay at home all day is not worth it. DHl tracking system does not narrow down the time frame. I think you need another carrier.

Missing bag of almonds

Placed my first order, over £100. Delivery arrived promptly, but the Jumbo almonds was missing. I informed by e-mail within a few days. They asked me to scan and return the packing slip which had ALL the lines ticked BUT the almonds were still not in the delivery. So I've sent a final request for my almonds. If I don't hear back I will reduce this review to a 1 star, and challenge the credit card company. shame as they have a good range. My Order number is GNC 20036. sent to the whattsapp number. Thank you customer service responded to my short delivery and shipped me the missing almonds.

First Time Customer

Its the first time I have bought from this retailer. The price for the nuts was competitive. I ordered 12.55pm on Thursday and got my delivery by 1.20pm on Friday which is impressive. The nuts themselves are packed by kg and with a min 1 year of use by. Its safe to say I will be using the retailer again

I have bought 2kg of Chopped Pistachios, it was mostly with black stone like old nuts. It has a strong unpleasant smell. Like medicine. It is wet and looks ugly. I don't even want to say the taste is very unpleasant.
I definitely never buy again.

ginco is a great company to buy from they do a great quality range of products always fresh and a great delivery service i have ordered a few times from them and never been disapointed with any of the products that i received highly recommend products and company

So far so good ..

I did my first order around £65.00 , and the stuff was good. I received a free pack of dates.
Unfortunately some of the dates were not good.
Anyway, I put my second order today, almost £180. This time, as they advertised I will be getting nearly 20 packs of dates (500g) free for each 1kg nuts bag. However,
I am excited to see whether they are lying or they really offer me free dates. Then I will definitely write another review.

Poor company, no customer service poor products

Poor company,
No customer service,
Item not delivered to correct address, eventually was collected, items damaged and more than half the order missing.
Company deny any issues, and then accuse me for adding to many items!
It said buy anything and get 1kg walnuts free. I order lots of different things and it added multiple walnuts so I thought that’s a good deal I will go for it. Then they didn’t send the items even though it’s on the invoice!
Currently in a dispute as I do not want open items and I don’t want just half of what I ordered.
Save yourself and do not waste your money or time with this joke of a business.
If needed I will take it to trading standards as buyers have rights
