I bought a black shirt for my wife and was extremely disappointed. The material feels cheap and uncomfortable, and to make things worse, three buttons fell off the very first time she wore it. Totally unacceptable for a new item. I expected much better quality for the price. This will be the last time I purchase anything from this store or company. Not recommended at all.

I appreciate GINI London’s material quality. Their designs are fabulous! Clothes are very comfortable to wear. Brilliant customer service from ginilondon when obtaining a refund . They were so helpful and quick in replying each time .. a real credit to this business . .. keep up the good work GINI LONDON … would definately buy from this company again .
The way they dealt with a problem was excellent customer service. I received the wrong size dress, not a great start but when I contacted them they acknowledged their error, arranged a tacked prepaid returns label (with choice of collection if I wanted it). Sent out a replacement which I received the following day before I’d even had chance to arrange the return. The product fit perfectly and was just as described and picture. Very pleased. Could have gone so wrong but I cannot fault the way they dealt with it. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again

Ordered the same dress in 2 sizes - so gorgeous and the returns was simple enough. Rae and rose in customer service got it refunded really quickly so no issues. Would shop here again :)

I have tried to send back a dress that i paid £45 for through Matalan but its advised me that I had to use there website to send the item back but then I’ve gone there they are trying to only give me back £21 for a £45 brand new dress !!! Do not shop on here it’s a massive scam !!!
returned a dress on the 29th April and emailed proof of postage as instructed. Confirm receipt of my email. I chased 12th may as I had not received any confirmation that my return had been received. They said they had not received it but would honnor the refund as I provided proof of purchase. I am still waiting for my refund. Every time I email they say they have chased Debenhams for the refund. I have chased twice now and all I get it is we will chase Debenhams. No you will expect your refund on X date or we will get back to on X date. This is a total scam. I'll b contacting Debenhams directly and I will also be contacting boohoo to make a complaint. They should not be using this company as a third party if they can not issue refunds in a timely manner. It is very poor customer service

I returned my item one week ago and I hadn't received any confirmation of my return from Gini London.
I emailed them, they emailed back straight away. It was Royal Mail who had misplaced my order. Gini London customer service was excellent and refunded me straight away.
I will be ordering from them again and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Bought a faux fur jacket and the sleeve lining was not sewn up. Jacket was lovely .. it's the second one I bought but in a different colour .I've decided just to sew the lining myself as I really like the jacket and it's a good fit .
I returned a coat as fit was too big. Returned via Royal mail and got proof of postage. Gini London did not receive package, tracking showed delivered. I showed them proof of postage and they have refunded me. Fantastic customer service, could not have been more helpful.

The item's quality was subpar; however, the sizing was accurate. I will not be making future purchases from Gini London due to their return policy, paying for return postage and the deduction of postage to me from my refund.

Bought a coat as an Xmas present for my Mum, had some issues with Royal Mail as they didn’t deliver the item to me. Gini London handled the situation fantastically, and sent out another one to us. Awesome customer service and great quality product. Would recommend!
