frozen pizza shipped was thawed, not cold to the touch, broken crusts and not enough sauce on top, it was flimsy and oozing even after 40 minutes in oven at 350 as instructed. I would not buy again, and their customer service says well policy says its good and did nothing after waiting a week for a reply.
This is an absolute lying, deceptive piece of crap provider!!! Site says 55 minutes delivery. After 2 hours we call and they say another 45 minutes! Absurd! We drove 7 hrs did not want to go out to eat. We won’t make same mistake in Las Vegas !
wow. I ordered for easter, as I thought it would be fun to have cool pizza for dinner from Chicago. I ordered on the 16th of April, paid 160$, and they said I would have it on the 18th. Never came. I emailed (they had no phone number) on the 18th, and they did not return until Monday, the 21st. I said I no longer wanted the pizza, but she said I was too late, and they sent it out anyway on that Monday. I pleaded that I no longer wanted it, and they would not take no for an answer. So, here I am, still with no pizza, and paid 160$. Super bad customer service. Can't believe they are in business. I would recommend any other avenue. Good luck, and take my advice!
I ordered from the Giordano's Pizza website. Their coupon code was valid. The spinach pizza wasn't good. The cheese pizza was buttery and the cheese was super delicious. I only ordered 3 pizzas. To my horror I received 2 boxes 1 was shipped with UPS and the other was shipped with FedEx. I paid with PayPal. I kept the box that had the same tracking listed on my PayPal order confirmation. I took a picture of the other package marked it returned to sender. I returned it.
We were taking the train out of Chicago earlier this week and we were super hungry and saw this place in the Randolph Street Station area and we went in and they had the best pizza we've ever eaten - and they rushed us in the line so we could take this legit Chicago Pizza on the train with us as we left town! Awesome Pizza and friendly and helpful service! We'll come back and eat in the dining room next time!
Long time customer. I just unsubscribed from this company due to not honoring discount codes. They send me emails with discount codes. When you try and use them, they do not work. They have worked in the past. When I contacted this company's customer service, all they give is excuses. Do NOT buy from Giordano's online. This is a scam to get you to look with discount codes, only for the codes to come up invalid. I have unsubscribed from any future emails from this company and blocked this web-site from my server. There are many other online company's that have similar products that are more reputable than this company.
