Hi Harry, thank you for sharing your feedback, we don't currently offer and have never offered a promotion of buy 3 pairs of underwear and get 3 free. I can only apologies if you expected 3 free pairs but unfortunately this is not a offer we can provide. I'm not sure which ad you are referring to as we do not run an advert with this promotion. It may be possible you saw an advert from a different company.
