No customer service department
I ordered a Hisense TV on the 10th of June, it said 3-5 day delivery, apparently they don’t have a customer service department. I sent many emails asking when I was going to receive the TV, none were replied to, the only reply I received was on June 30th after I cancelled my order & demanded a refund, this is easily the worst company that I have dealt with, absolutely no assistance if things go wrong, I’d advise avoiding this company & go with one of the others that are offering TV’s for similar prices, could avoid a lot of frustration
