Company ignores its own delivery terms—Zero support

I’m extremely disappointed with GL.iNets disregard for their own shipping terms. As per their own policy, my order required a signature for delivery. However, they shipped it without this requirement, leading FedEx to leave the package unattended on my doorstep while I was out. Unsurprisingly, it was stolen.

When I contacted customer service, they were completely indifferent, simply stating the package was showing as 'delivered' and refusing to take any responsibility for their mistake.

I am currently pursuing a chargeback through my bank. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a delivery is not legally complete until handed over in person, yet this company refuses to honor that.

Avoid at all costs

Great product-problem fit. Overall app experience has space for improvement. Sometimes had to reset things because the issue was not clear.

But naively I thought to support the manufacturer 🙂

I ordered the Global Version (Module) exactly as listed. 3 days later, I was wrongly told I had ordered the North American version. When I provided proof that my order was correct, the explanation changed to 'currently out of stock.'
The listing does not reflect actual availability. I strongly advise checking with the seller before ordering to avoid wasting your time.

Great Spitz Plus (GL-X2000)

I’m extremely happy with the GL.iNet Spitz Plus (GL-X2000). Shipping was impressively fast from their EU-based store to Cyprus, and the product arrived well-packaged and ready to go.
Setup was very straightforward. Activating and configuring an eSIM using Roamless Flex was quick and painless, even for someone who isn’t a networking expert. The GL.iNet app and the web-based router portal both feel modern, clean, and intuitive, making configuration and monitoring easy from day one.
One of the standout aspects is the cloud service for remote access, which works reliably and makes managing the router from anywhere incredibly convenient. Features like defining failover priorities (e.g., 4G, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi) are well thought out and easy to configure, giving great flexibility and peace of mind for always-on connectivity.

Using it for 3 years and it is perfect

Best home router for the following reasons:

1. Bought slate ax about 3 years ago and works fine after 3 years.
2. It’s Linux-based, so a few days ago I was able to tune it by adjusting settings via SSH so my home internet on a new place started working perfectly.
3. It’s a quad-core ARM chip (processor), so temperature is always low and load is low too. Very powerful.
4. It has ODoH, so protects privacy.

After 3 years of usage highly recommend it and not some fancy expensive routers for $600+

Excellent service even in less ideal situations

I've used Brume 2 (gl-mt2500a) for 6 months without a single restart, unfortunately firmware upgrade bricked my unit so I reached out to support via e-mail. From that moment forward the company went above an beyond with support, even checking up on my progress following instructions. They refunded the shipping costs and send me a new unit immediately after I've given them the tracking number for the damaged one. Bad software and hardware faults can happen during the life of the device but a great aftersales care - that separates bad companies from great ones.

Misadvertised product

Bought the gl.inet flint 3 partly because it was advertised to have lang aggregation. Now i found out it was misadvertised and doesn't actually have lan aggregation. Edit: they did let me return the router now. But it's still misadvertising nevertheless

Superb!

I am really surprised at the negative reviews. We purchased the PULLI AX 3000 with build in battery. The unit has been working well. I had a connection issue and their service/technical department could not have been more helpful. They helped me through a very stressful time and I recommend them and their product highly. In the end the problem I had was nothing to do with the router - it was a problem with Free.

Hervorragender Service und überzeugendes Produkt

Trotz des internationalen Versands lief die gesamte Bestellung bei GL.iNet absolut reibungslos. Die Versandangaben haben gestimmt, die Bezahlung war unkompliziert und der Kundenservice hat schnell und professionell auf Rückfragen reagiert. So einen Service findet man nur noch selten.

Der Flint 3 hat mich ebenfalls überzeugt. Die Einrichtung war in wenigen Minuten erledigt, die Oberfläche ist klar strukturiert und leicht zu bedienen. Die Funktionen sind für diese Preisklasse bemerkenswert. VPN-Unterstützung, Sicherheitsfunktionen und Netzwerkeinstellungen laufen stabil und zuverlässig.

Ich hatte das Gerät am 16. Juni vorbestellt und am 21. Juli wie angekündigt erhalten. Der Versand war zügig, und ich wurde regelmäßig über den Status informiert.

GL.iNet bietet nicht nur gute Hardware, sondern auch einen Service, der wirklich überzeugt. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Seguridad, velocidad, privacidad

llevo años usando los dispositivos de GL-Inet, a parte de que son una buena compra Calidad-precio, garantizan Seguridad, velocidad, y privacidad, actualmente tengo 3 modelos, mango gl-mt300n-v2, brume 2 MT2500, Mudi y Slate , todos funcionan al 100%

Excellent service from order to after sales advice ,fast delivery and had issue with settings on a Spitz ax 3000 but there Tech support fixed the issue for me with there advice ,router is Excellent in the field in my Campervan, will use again when needed.

Complaint Regarding Unfair Cancellation Policy and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased a device from your website, but due to an unexpected change in my travel schedule, I requested to cancel the order approximately ten hours later. At that point, the order had not been shipped, and no tracking number had been issued, nor was the order status marked as completed.

According to your published cancellation policy, cancellations are allowed for orders that have not yet been shipped. Despite this, my request was denied, and I was instructed to proceed with a return instead. As a result, I have now been charged a €12 return fee.

This situation is both frustrating and disappointing. The refusal to cancel the order—despite it not being shipped—appears to contradict the policy stated on your website. Charging a return fee under these circumstances feels unjust and gives the impression that cancellation is effectively not permitted under any condition, even when clearly allowed by policy.

This experience reflects poorly on customer service, and I will be avoiding future purchases with your company. I kindly request that you review this case and consider waiving the €12 return fee, in line with the stated cancellation terms.

GL-XE3000 The worst router I ever owned
Terrible router, very poor range, very low transfers. Complete lack of after-sale support. Ignoring the customer. Poor hardware and very low-quality firmware. I cannot recommend this company or it's products, don't waste your money as I did

Will NEVER EVER BUY any products from…

Will NEVER EVER BUY any products from GilNet.
Customer service is Really HORRIBLE & TERRIBLE.
1.The don't have phone support.
2. The Live chat is hopeless. You leave your message highlighting the issues & nobody replies.
3. The email support is worse ..it's never answered and if they do answer their solution is go watch the video without any trouble shooting.
Regret buying their product.
