My 2 year+ feedback

I consider this service to be the best one among many past others. I have been with gladiator for a very long time. I am moving to CS2 trading but I will never forget the good times, the help and growth this gave to me and many others. Thank you Cave, and thank you Gladiator for being amazing throughout all these years.

The trade bot is great

The trade bot is great! I tried it for 1 month and is super but the price is very high can you make the price lower or do discounts?

We offer a 5% and 10% discount respectively for when you order 6 months or 12 months of any subscription.

Besides that, we're not currently looking to lower our prices, but we will do our best to try to make our service even better!

Cannot use the bots

Cannot use the bots. It didnt say anything when I biught the bot, maybe they are down but still take payment.

Now the bots work mister Sam but it doesnt tell me to go into discord for this.

We were never down but we always gladly take payments!

The situation has been explained in our Discord multiple times, you unfortunately subscribed to our service at an unfortunate time when this situation occured.

Gladiator.TF bots were never down.

As stated before in our Discord, backpack.tf was down for 48 hours, which is a website all TF2 traders/bots are dependant on for listings.

We have explained the situation in our Discord multiple times, you unfortunately subscribed to our service at an unfortunate time when this situation occured.

Lost $100 item using this service

Rented a premium bot for 10 keys and in the first hour I somehow managed to delete my batsaber worth $100. Staff took 10+ hours to respond and told me there was nothing they could do. The staff was also unwilling to make steam support ticket for the item and kept pitting the liability on me. I would not renew my membership.

Hi,

we were awaiting your negative review.

We at Gladiator.TF put up a confirmation window whenever you try to delete an item from your inventory, even after you read the confirmation window you still proceeded to proceed.

After this you opened a support ticket, from the start you requested to open a support ticket with Steam, however, Steam does not give back items when they were deleted.

You then remarked how our guide, which is a basic guide to help you start using your bot, did not state anything about this, you also said that "I dont get why would there be such a destructive feature available on your ui."
"why is the warning the only safeguard"
We then explained "Theres a confirmation on purpose"
"It says quite clearly that it will delete the item, its an option in case people wish to get rid of non tradeable items"

You then continued to argue with our Staff about how this is not sufficient whilst we explained that all of this was in-fact sufficient and then you proceeded made a snide remark about our service.

All said and done, we apologize for the late reply to your ticket as we are a mainly EU located team.

We hope to welcome you back to our service one day.

Best bot serive to use when you are trading. The community is always nice and really helpful when you are looking for answers, developers are always working hard to fix the problems and to add new features and moderators who are keeping the Discord channel always clean.
