This did not convince me it takes no time to up date a web picture and discrimination .
So I should have been refunded right away!

Good service but could be better!
I purchased two hand creams from this company. The price was good and the creams arrived safely and well packaged in good time by Royal Mail. The only issue was that the free gifts advertised with the creams were not enclosed. My emailed query about this was answered promptly but apparently the free gifts were an old promotion and there weren’t any left. Glambeauty offered me 10% off a future purchase which I thought was a bit off to be honest. Eventually they agreed to giving me a 10% refund for the hand creams I had already purchased. However I ended up feeling a little peeved by having to fight for what I thought was a fair compromise which is why I’ve dropped from giving them a 5 star review to a 4.

Shade isn’t as shown
The mascara highlighter for my hair is like a golden blonde and doesn’t clearly explain or show this, it looked light a standard blonde shade. Disappointed.

The company provided exactly as promised. The perfume I wanted at a really good price. Only flaw is that in my experience Royal Mail doesn't meet delivery promises. However the parcel arrived on the right day, well and securely packaged.
