The bags are ok for the price and discount but they false advertize that its FREE SHIPPING but my one package was held up in USPS because I needed to pay additional $8.90 to get it out! Promise this is the last time I will order from this company.
I reached out thru email and all they responded was USPS should not charge me? I attached the picture of the receipt and note on the package yet no solution, just bad customer service!
Never received the product! Spent $300 and sent pictures of a package I received of a track suit that wasn’t mine. They never resolved the issue and stole my money.
Ordered from them on may 7th it’s currently june 4th 2025 I still haven’t received my bag after numerous attempts at customer services saying it would be delivered within the week I was given a second shipping number with no shipping updates stay away from this company they will scam you and take your money
I ordered a LV Neverful MM bag. After purchase they provided lots of updates re shipping etc. I got the bag in about 2 weeks.Although the bag was supposedly coming from Singapore, the return address on the pkg was New York. The dimensions of the bag were on the website. The bag I received looked out of proportion. When I measured it…it was 6 in longer than it should have been.I am a petite person with shoulder issues. The bag is too big for me…. Actually more the size of the LV model GM.
I contacted the company through Email explaining the problem along with photos. I requested a full refund as the bag was useable for me. They responded with a 20% refund and I could keep the bag. I knew I had to pay the return shipping.
When I said no….they said they had no labels for return shipping and it wd cost a lot of money to ship it back. What reputable company has no return labels ,as their site offers full refunds. I offered to return it to the address in NY…but got no response about that.
They upped the refund to 30% and I could keep the bag. Again I expressed my wishes for a full refund because it was not as advertised on the site.
Long story short…and offer of 50% refund and keep the bag. I accepted this bc I wondered if I wd ever see a full refund or wd they claim it was never received?
I paid with PayPal fortunately.
Lesson learned…..I have a handbag which is not useable to me and out 50% of the cost!
Great quality bag, received lots of updates and communication about shipping. Product arrived in about two weeks and I love it. I would 100 percent recommend this company for handbags
If you order a replica LV is very cheap looking. They advertise leather trim but it's cheap plastic. Very mediocre and you can tell the bag is a cheap replica. I'm not sending back because I know I will have difficulty getting a refund. I'll use it as a beachbag!

Absoluter Betrug! Die Tasche ist in einer schlechten Qualität und wenn man sie zurücksenden möchte warnen sie einen vor den hohen Versand- und Zollkosten. Zuerst heißt es man bekommt eine Nachricht dass eine vollständige Rückerstattung erfolgt und dann bekommt man eine Mail dass nochmal 50 Dollar abgezogen wird damit sie sie weiterverkaufen können. Finger weg von dem Shop!!!
