was going to order a prom dress from…

was going to order a prom dress from this website. i used their chatbox to ask a simple question about the dress and got no reply so i emailed them instead and still have had no reply for 2 weeks. I have sent multiple emails and the company says they have 24h service. BIG RED FLAG. I would not trust this company if they cannot reply within weeks to a simple email there is no way i will trust them to ship my dress in time for when i need it.

Disgusted dont use this company. we ordered bridesmaids dress for my wedding and the sizes are wrong and dont fit. I have emailed customer service with two sperrate people came back. once asked why i wanted a refund and we replied no answer after two days and then today another person wendy replied stating i need to take pictures. Its very stressful and its state for a refund within 14 days and i started contact on day i received order 11.04. today is 15.04. i need a return label yet they will not provide this and delay tattics to avoid me getting these returned. thank you for runing my wedding !!!!! all i can say is this customer service decide if they give you a return label. if i had know this from start i would never had had entertained this company ... GBP 250.00 just wasted !!!!!

Cheaply made hat - no resemblance to picture

Ordered a hat for my son's wedding. It looked beautiful in the picture but when it arrived itbore very little resemblance to the picture. It was squashed into a small poly postal bag and had completely lost its shape. It was covered in cheap glitter which went everywhere. It was meant to be adjustable which it wasn't. Requested a return and was quoted small print saying that it was an unreturnable item and was told to adjust the hat myself and offered 10% refund.

I would give no stars if possible. This company will take your money and not allow you to return any dress, even if it arrives late, is off poor quality, doesn’t fit, etc. please do not waste your money. Club London have lovely dresses and will actually let you return unwanted items for a refund. This company will just keep your money and not answer emails.

I paid almost 300 for my daughter’s…

I paid almost 300 for my daughter’s prom dress for it to come in damaged beads falling off a rip in the dress she was heartbroken. And to make it worse your company is only offering 10% refund which’s is less than 20$ for a single mother who saved for months to make her happy you all took that joy your company is horrible do not buy from this place

I will never use this company again,
Refunds are made completely impossible,
I don’t know any other company that makes you show photos with the dresses on to prove they do not fit ,
after back and forward emails still only received 30% cash back

I am now in the process of waiting on another dress to arrive which was over 3 weeks ago one arrived one didn’t
The money was taken straight away out of my account but no confirmation email to confirm

The standard delivery was £60 and you need to pay that again to send the dresses back !!

Please take my advice and shop somewhere less complicated

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They don't adhere to what Martin Lewis says about returns of goods purchased online: "Under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, that overtook the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy an item online, you have an absolute right to change your mind and to send it back unless it is personalised or perishable; so you know, short lived fruit or flowers, you can't send back. But the vast majority of things, you have an absolute right to send things back." He also says, the company's refund policy is of no consequence in comparison to this law. The law wins every time. I am currently in an exchange with them where they will not refund the two dresses I bought (on the grounds of sizing, colour and the fact that now I've tried them on, I can see that the look is not right on the shoulders). They will only offer 20% for one of them, or 50% gift card on a future purchase! Nothing for the other dress. And then who knows what the shipping costs to China will be. I don't imagine they will cover them. The shipping costs will probably write off the 20% refund that I may or may not get from them if I go with that option. Response times to their customer service email and chatbot are reasonable so far, but I've had to chase as well. They offer NO telephone assistance, of course!

This company should be banned, dresses not true to size at all! Won't refund, wanted pics of measurements,and then
a measley 10% back, then 20%, offer a voucher! And keep the dress! As if that's any use when doesn't fit! Said would have to ship back to China, then pay an inspection fee of £15,absolute joke, as obviously not worn, should not be allowed to trade in my opinion, seem to be conning money off innocent customers! Never encountered anything like this! AWFUL company

Expensive for cheap material!!

Don’t order from here!! I ordered a prom dress from here and the dress was too small. Also the dress material wasn’t as clean as it looked in the picture. And the dress looks cheap and not worth the money I paid for it. I have tried to reach out to customer service several times thru email and thru the website request and it has been 4 days without any response. I have been doing one email and request a day in hope I can return the dress and get my money back. I am very disappointed and would not recommended this dress shop for anyone. If someone on the glamlora team would email me back and send me the returning address I would be very grateful. I think the only real problem is the customer service and them saying they are 24/7 and will respond quick!! If they don’t respond to me I’ll have to file a dispute to the transaction with my bank then maybe I can get my money back, but I really hope they’d just do it the civil way and send me the returning address so I can get my money back!

Poor quality and no customer service support to enable a return/refund

100% dissatisfied with my dress. Please be very careful about buying from here especially if you have any doubts or think that you may need/want to return anything after your purchase because there is zero customer service to enable this activity
The website says that they offer returns within 14 days, but the problem is that they do not respond to your requests .... So far I have filled out the online form twice and sent 5 emails in 8 days ... No response to anything
The dress is ill fitting, cheap satin effect fabric - which is just entirely static !! A waste of £120
Extremely disappointed and I would never buy anything else from this website again ever nor reccomend it to anyone that asks

The size of the dress was not what was advertised. Tried to get a full refund but was told I only get a percentage and also would need to pay the high cost of postage to send it back. I excepted 50% and to keep the dress to sell (no one will buy) as I couldn’t be bothered with dealing with them anymore. They should have excepted the fact that it was not the size they said and given a full refund without question instead of keep offering different percentages of money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Excellent Customer Service Support

I was concerned about ordering from the website after reading the reviews, however I contacted both the Customer Support and Customer Service Team email address with my query and I had a response from both within 24 hours.
A customer service representative called Vicky has been particularly attentive and has responded to all of my emails thereafter. They have now resolved my query within 4 days of the original order being placed.

Dress arrived after more than the…

Dress arrived after more than the stated time. The dress looks very cheap material thick bulky, wrong color, did not even open. I did not like it at all. Dismissed immediately. Contacted with in 1 to 2 days as to not suitable and sent 2 emails to date as to request for refund and refund form. Return deadline 14 days .no contact phone number on website. Cheap Cheap rubbish based in China

Avoid this site at all costs.
I ordered my Mother of the Bride dress believing the company was UK‑based, only to discover after purchasing that it operates from a low‑quality factory in China. After weeks of waiting, the dress arrived badly made with cheap fabric, despite costing over £150.

Customer service was unhelpful, and their return policy meant losing half my money. After multiple failed attempts to get a refund, I escalated through PayPal. The seller falsely agreed to refund me if I returned the dress, then refused to accept the FedEx delivery.

PayPal ultimately had to step in and refund me because the company clearly had no intention of doing so.

This is a fad company

This is a fad company, the product looks nothing like the dress bought, and when u try to send it back they ll disengage and stop you from returning it, avoid at all costs

Dress stunk of fish not like original…

Dress stunk of fish not like original picture and the cut design of fitting was shocking lower par of dress like a 14 and top like a 10 and a great ordeal to send back and had to prove with photos of bad fitting etc to be offered 40% back of £150 dress
Save you self the hassle don’t bother
