Glamour Mirrors Avis 

Just got my mirror and I am in love!! Delivery was so fast I received my order in 3 days, customer service is brilliant too and very helpful when answering your questions!

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not one to leave bad feedback but I’m disgusted. I ordered the Whitney mirror for my daughters 13th birthday. We didn’t open it to check within the 30 days, instead in the 42nd day due to this being a gift. The mirror was scuffed badly down the side as we opened the box. The mirror was then also badly smashed. Glamour have refused to exchange or refund. In my opinion this was a previously returned mirror due the amount of scuffs, this mirror must have been taken out the box from someone and it wasn’t us. I’ve provided pictures that show the scuffed mirror still in the box! My 13yr old was left with no main birthday present on the day.
The returns process is over complicated and made difficult for the customers. I made a formal complaint and again this has been rejected by email even though they require the complaint in writing. Do not use this company, beyond awful service!

I ordered a mirror for my daughters birthday. The mirror arrived completely smashed. I was impressed when they said they would redeliver and it arrived the next day. My husband opened it and the mirror was intact but the vase was broken. Not only was it broken but It was broken from the drill holes therefore they must have known it was damaged. They said they would send a new base and when this arrived broken I was really cross. But still more was to come. Their customer service department said they would refund me as their policy is that they will not send out a third time as if it was my fault! They also left me with all the broken mirrors etc to dispose of myself even though i asked them to collect their shoddy goods. Avoid at all costs

After receiving two damaged base got Told I’d be refunded then emailed me saying been rejected not very happy

The product is beautiful, it arrived quickly and the customer service were amazing when I had a problem. The base for the mirror arrived cracked, however their website has an easy to find returns or exchange policy so all I had to do was take a photo and was sent a replacement within a couple of days. The customer service team emailed very quickly to deal with the exchange and they offer and eco exchange where you can bib the broken product yourself rather than having to fit it all back into the box and return it. All over I had a great experience with this company and the actual mirror is such good quality.

Fantastic customer service from Glamour Mirrors. I made a slight error or my delivery address which they rectified immediately once they had responded to my email and it arrived within 24 hours of being dispatched. Great product and the best value for money. Would highly recommend!

Had to bring the mirror all the way up the stairs and I live on top floor with no lift so that sucked, but OMG I’m obsessed and anyone who has seen it has been obsessed. I’ve seen less quality for more money so I’m super happy!

Instructions were easy to read and very easy to assemble!

I did however have a Lengthy hairline scratch along the top of the mirror, however, it was to be expected as it is a mirror and could’ve happened in transport.

Mirror arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately the base had been damaged in transit, contacted them and a new one arrived next working day. Brilliant customer service and my girlfriend loves the mirror.

My daughter has been desperate for this mirror for some time and I finally agreed to her getting it. Transaction was seamless and it arrived the next day! My only little niggle was that 2 of the bulbs were off but I managed to pop them back on, other than that, my daughter said it’s ‘unreal’! Very happy!

Fast delivery and amazing customer service

Mirror looks great! It arrived the very next day in perfect condition. Really happy with the design, fab that the lights can be dimmed and colour changed by sensors on the front of the mirror. My only slight quibble is with the metal base - it's ok but personally I do think a wooden base would have been more aesthetically pleasing. Having said that I am also really happy that there is pre-made holes to hang the mirror directly onto the wall when needed. Overall great mirror for a great price.

Fantastic service, bought the Marilyn mirror for Xmas and in March it went dead. After exhausting every possible problem realised it was just the adapter. Customer service were fast & super helpful - I bought an adapter from Amazon & they refunded me immediately. Mirror is amazing, customer service fantastic!
