Came on Sunday at time given, No callout charge and fixed our main door lock as our door would not open.

Failed to show - no contact since
Phoned to get them to replace a lock under warranty. Agree to come out, failed to show, repeated phone calls to be told they had car issues.
Phoned following day, told they would get back to us, no call, rang and no pick up.
Had to arrange another locksmith - now £130 out of pocket.

Excellent service. Prompt response to Saturday night emergency after losing my key. Technician also correctly aligned door - in addition to fixing lock- at no extra charge. Friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend to others.

fast friendly and efficient service
The locksmith arrived in half an hour. Reviewed the problem. Explained and showed what the issue was. He then supplied the new part from stock and had the whole job done in 30 minutes. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. The price charged for the work seems reasonable too.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Phoned in the morning and new lock fitted in afternoon. No call out charge. Cost advised before work begun. The chap showed me what the fault was in the old lock. Highly recommend.
