I ordered 2 sets of the Logan Roy…
I ordered 2 sets of the Logan Roy bourbon glasses- no glasses, no response to multiple email request about where the shipment is, and i can’t find a working number for your company. Truly terrible experience. I would really like to have these glasses- i spent months looking for just the right glasses but at least don’t steal from me- if i can’t get the glasses i expect a refund

This was not what was advertised.
This was not cut Crystal! It was pressed glass with a seam down the side. Definitely not worth what I paid. Will be returning it. I feel like I was scammed!

I received my package and was not happy with the feel or look of the "josephine-style" glassware. I have reached out to return and refund the purchase, but have yet to hear back from them.

This is a one hundred percent Chinese fake for the price of the original glasses. I bought the Josephine N3 here, but at the same time at the original Josephinenhutte store. It was a crude fake, at $60 per glass. I don't recommend it. I talked to Matteo, who told me that we are wine lovers and recommended that we try our glasses inspired by Josephine. However, he did not answer my question twice whether this glass is a Chinese fake. I took a chance and ordered them, the delivery was from China... It doesn't look like the original, and it doesn't cost $60

Poor Start, Satisfactory Result
Tracking link provided by Glasscias is a dead link, cannot track my order. Tried emailing customer service, no reply. Unacceptable customer service.
UPDATE 11/29/2024 Following my 1 star review above, Matteo replied to my 11/22 email on 11/24 and provided an alternate tracking link which showed the entire process. These items ship from mainland China, so expect 3 to 4 week deliveries. I'm upgrading my review to 3 stars due to his helpful reply. The glasses arrived in tact by an independent courier (which I found a little odd), but were packed very securely in a bubble pack with several layers of protection. The glasses were not boxed and had no labels or identifying paperwork whatsoever. However, they seemed well-made and heavy, not thin and brittle, and the spinner feature worked nicely. Though I am generally satisfied with the end result, because of the overall experience, I would be hesitant to purchase from Glasscius again.

Not s bad glass overall
Not s bad glass overall, but a very poor replica design of the Josephine white wine glass overall, a bit heavier too...I will now order the real one...gave it a shot, some u win some u lose

You're absolutely right, the Josephine glass inspired our design, but it’s not a perfect replica. We aimed to create something with a similar silhouette and solid craftsmanship at a more accessible price point. We’re sorry if that wasn’t clearly communicated upfront.

This is now almost 4 weeks ago and it states delivery is 2-3 weeks. At the same time there is no reply on mails when posting an inquiry.
We have one week before going back to Denmark and wonder if we're ever going to see the glasses.
These glasses are meant for rum rating shots in a now global forum!
Very poor customer service.

The description of the glasses was false
I ordered the Remi Martin replica glasses. In the description it stated that the glasses are made of crystal. Not only they're not, just plain glass, they didn't even looked the same. one was a lot thicker and heavier than the other. I'm sorry bit that's really poor quality. I'm not gonna order again.

Cheaply Made, Poor Quality Whiskey Glasses
Be warned! Very low quality whiskey glasses. Not sparkly or “crystal” clear at all—look like cheap dime store glass. There’s even a buldging wide, vertical seam running from bottom to top of each glass. Not sure how these were made, but not even regular drinking glasses have seams. What gives?
