The post office were even unclear about the customs declaration. It was returned to us once (thus the delay) so we had them fill out the customs declaration the second time.
I am sorry you are so disappointed. And for the charges if you could state them here or email us.

I received amazing service from Glasses Outlet. Ordered, sent my old glasses for reglazing, and received back all within 7 days. On top of that they adjusted my glasses so now they feel brand new. Communication was excellent! Was able to WhatsApp and received a response literally within a minute by Allan. I will definitely be using them again soon and will recommend to anyone.

Amazing customer service and wonderful glasses
I was unsure of what exactly I needed to order as my opticians refused to tell me my pupil distance for my prescription.
I contacted the company explaining my confusion. Allan got back to me and helped me figure out exactly what I needed and what my PD would be. I then sent my glasses off to and received them back, completed, incredibly quicky. I was nervous that my PD wouldn't be entirely correct as I had measured at home but they used the information I gave them and the glasses turned out perfectly. Very happy and will definitely be using this company again for any future glasses I need sorting.
