Good comms early on in the order process but I didn't receive a dispatch notification. Glasses just turned up. Packaging was good and the glasses themselves are great. Would have been 5 stars but for the lack of comms at the end of the order process.

This service is literally as easy as it says it is! I’m so pleased to have my designer sunglasses with lenses now! The what’s app chat service is so helpful, with fast replies to my questions. My glasses were back with me in one week, so really pleased the with the time they took too. Can’t recommend them enough!

Communication was great. Allan phoned me to confirm the order straight after I had placed my online order. The order was dealt with very speedily and I had my glasses within a few days. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

This is a genuinely fantastic company to use for getting your lenses/glasses reglazed!! I was really nervous about sending the only designer pair of frames I've ever bought, out in the post incase they got lost etc, but I needn't have worried. Really fast turnaround too; I posted them out on Fri 8th March and had them back Sat 16th March! And Allan on their customer service will answer anything you need promptly and politely, he's great!! My glasses went all the way up to the beautiful Edinburgh and back without a hitch and I now have my renewed prescription lenses (but in my favourite frames without having to buy more) for a FRACTION of the price I was quoted at a big name optician. Would use these guys anytime and hope they're still going strong for next time :)

Superb from cost, service, quality and speed. Cost of high quality 1.74 (Hoya) lenses is cheaper than high street, service was excellent with Allan responding promptly to my questions. I got my reglazed frames in 5 working days and 2 of them were shipping.
