Great product, equally impressive customer service!
First off, I want to say what an amazing product line this company has. I've had the same Graphene coating on my car for 5+ years, and this was my order to re-coat my car. Every time I wash my 9-year-old, car it looks like new again!
Customer service rock stars! One of the bottles in my order leaked half of its contents during shipping. I contacted the company and received a very prompt and personal response. The support rep apologized and immediately shipped out a replacement with no questions asked.
One suggestion to the company. Ordering from the site was a little confusing. I went in to order the Graphene Coating and added it to my cart. Then I poked around a bit and found a "Graphene Coating kit". Under the kit, there are additional options to select either the kit, kit + prep, or 50ml (just the coating). I would suggest that they have all 3 options available in the basic Graphene Coating listing as well. I may have not purchased the full kit+prep if I simply processed my original selection.
