Useful feedback, shady billing practices
The feedback is genuinely useful, but I found some of their support to be lacking and their billing practices a bit shady.
I paused my account because I needed to work on another project for a bit. A couple months later when I came back I found that my account was still being billed for the past 2 months. Turns out the pause is only for a 1 month period and I paid $238 for an account I didn't even know was still active. Support didn't offer to make things right. Be sure you read and pay close attention when they try to convince you to not cancel.

Users can set a custom pause period (1 month, 2 months, or a custom date), but we completely understand how missing the end date of a paused period can be an unwelcome surprise.

This has been really helpful for someone who is just getting started. I had my first screenplay evaluated, and the criticism was helpful but not depressing. I appreciate that I can ask follow-up questions and receive prompt responses; it's like having a script consultant on hand around-the-clock. It was a great opportunity to test it out with the free initial upload.

Wildly inaccurate feedback and zero support.
This service is meant to provide accurate feedback to scriptwriters. I submitted a script that begins with a ship running aground on a beach. The feedback I received referred to a spaceship landing, which has nothing to do with my script. I was both shocked and appalled. I emailed to complain several times and labelled my emails as complaints, but no one had the common decency to reply. What dreadful customer service. How can anyone trust that their script has been correctly read, let alone trust the feedback received? I told them I was deleting my account, but still no response, except for an automated email offering me a discount to rejoin. I would not recommend this service to any scriptwriter.
