Gle lacrosse reviewed my film and elevated my game to the next level. He helped me improve on so many areas that I needed work on and made me a better lacrosse player.

Your videos on YouTube are the best I’ve seen. Your training program is well thought out on paper. However, for the cost, the printable program should have pictures of most of the drills instead of just describing it. There should be an app to use with the guide for quick view videos. Trying to look at the guide on a small phone and then click on the even smaller “click here” links is a pain and slow.

My son was doing a lot of the training drills in this program already. What we were looking for and what this provides is a more structured, organized, daily approach to getting better. I also appreciate the how to videos for the drills/lifts.

I recommend, I play AA lacrosse and school ball at Auburn and I've always wanted a good plan I that mixed weight lifting, speed agility, conditioning and most importantly position specific drills to actually see improvements. I know this will help me out a ton with my skills and I recommend it to anyone who's serious about going far with the game of lacrosse.

The GLE Blueprint is a well Thought out plan for anyone coming to lacrosse who wants to understand how and what to train. It gives you a very easy to follow program that covers, speed, agility, shooting, IQ, weight training and recovery. While ideally intended for High School students (because it requires a certain amount of discipline and mental maturity), it is extremely helpful for midschoolers and elementary students to understand what is required to succeed at a high level. (My son is a middle school midfielder. We don’t follow the plan exactly but it has helped us enormously to understand how to train for lacrosse).

Great content. Detail oriented. Small things compound over time so long as you are consistent!

I want to show my proud support of probably the best lacrosse training programs available. The shirts & hoodies are great. I also have the GLE hoodie and it is my hands down favorite one I own.

GLE has helped me to have a variety of moves now which I can confidently use in games at any point. In addition, I feel confident carrying the ball on offense or dropping back on defense, and have seen huge improvements in both in my in-game play.

My son has been asking for the GLE blueprint for a year. We finally purchased the program for him this Fall. It truly is a great way for any lacrosse athlete to practice new drills independently. It really helped keep my kiddo even more motivated to play on his own. He was stuck on what to do each day. He was excited to do new drills each day. It comes with an organized daily schedule for the athlete to follow and really helpful videos demonstrating each drill. The owner Chris is super knowledgeable & was so helpful answering any questions we had about the program. Highly recommend!

So far the training is good but it just seems very short and I could be wrong but I don’t think you ever get a new plan
