Lost their superiority years ago. Now that are bottom 50%. They treat execs poorly. Often their compliance processes and questions are broken, invalid, buggy. Zero desire to resolve an issue or listen to an expert. No one there seems to have any authority or ability to make improvements. Their efforts at automation are going backwards. They are high overhead for experts. They rely on emails too much. They don't respond to emails or contact experts. The best execs work less and less with GLG. GLG does not understand they need to please both clients and top execs/experts. Client do not realize not sub-optimal GLG is.

Great Experience Overall. The initial training provided all the information I needed to understand the process, how to ensure I accept the right advisory calls based on my experience, and what to expect. The first couple of calls were great and payment was recieved quickly. I look forward to continuing with GLG.
