Technically Unreliable/Incompetent
This company manages the app for vehicle sharing (e.g. GardaUno Eway). The app has always been rather unstable (e.g. bluetooth connection to the car, to unlock or otherwise manage the rental) and certainly it is NOT AT ALL user friendly (there seems to have been no user experience testing at all, at least in its Italian version), but it has now reached its lowest point. After a recent update of their app on my Samsung Android phone, the app does make me go through all the process to book one of the Eway vehicles (location, dates and times) yet at the very last step (pushing the button to confirm the booking) it keeps sending a message that it does not like the quality of the internet connection, while no other app or any other device has a problem with it... I had to go through hours and countless tries and communications with customer service representatives (sometimes some pretty rude ones too!), and there appears to be no solution to the problem, or, simply, they are just not technically competent/capable enough to find a solution.
Needless to say at this point I am giving up on them and associated "services", so no more Eway GardaUno. Perhaps you'd want to avoid the stress and incredible waste of time and just not rely on them at all!
